Can a step-parent legally take a gift back?

For christmas this year my stepdad gave me an ipad mini. He and my mother are now getting divorced, and because he thinks i'm the reason to blame, he's trying to take the ipad mini back, and gifts he gave my mother. I'm 19, and i want to know the legal standing i have, so i can throw it in his face. I don't believe it's legal, i know it isn't if your in a relationship, but i wasn't sure about this case.

Is an Ipad mini as good as an Iphone 4S?

Which is better? Are they about the same? Or is the ipad mini more like the iphone 4? Does the ipad mini run smoother/faster?
Because the ipad mini is only about £260 but the iphone 4s is £450, so I would get the ipad mini if it is pretty much the same as the phone, obviously minus the calls & texts.

Why is it saying unortharised every time I try to do something on twitter?

A few people followed me on twitter and I tried to follow them back but it kept coming up unortharised, and I read online and it said to go into settings on my iPad and try typing in my password on the twitter link in there but it kept coming up incorrect password and I no for a fact that was my password, what is happening and what do I do?

Free app to turn Droid 4 on Verizon into mobile hotspot?

I just got an Ipad 2 wi-fi and would like to go online with it for free if possible. I have a Droid 4 on Verizon and used to be able to use Foxfi on my phone to use my PS3 and laptop, but now that app isnt free anymore. Can anyone suggest a similar app, or do they all cost money now?

My mom won't let me take it to school any more. I mean there's nothing bad on it, it's just awkward if she looks through it. Any places I can put it where you think she won't find it? (She is cleaning the house and will for another day or two)
