Deleted iOS app from App Store?

I accidentally restore factory setting my iPad, it's basically brand new. I've lost 5 years worth of photo but the worst is I lost this app. The app is called "download" or something, the free one is purple colored but there a pro version which is blue colored. Please ANYONE THAT KNOWS HOW TO GET THE APP BACK!

Does Puffin Web Browser hide your IP address?

I was just wondering if it did, because when I am using the app in school on my ipad it lets me access websites the school has blocked and cannot get onto using another browser. (It's not bad websites I'm looking at, just an art website I check regularly.)

What is wrong with this iPad?

Okay so the school gave us iPads to use for homework and stuff like that. I also have apps on there such as Pandora, Kik, Snapchat, iFunny, and YouTube. Okay so they blocked some of those apps at school. Which is like totally okay cuz we probs shouldn't be using those in school. And they would all work at home. But now none of my apps are working at all when i'm at home. Not even Google Classroom. Where I get a lot of assignments from. I have no idea how i'm supposed to do my homework now. Please help me! Is it cuz the school blocked them at my house? Is that even possible? Idk someone please help.
Added (1). Also… None of the search engine apps are working like Safari or Google Chrome

Should I still be feeling bad about this?

so in sixth grade (three years ago), I wrote a dirty fanfiction about one direction. I don't really know why I did it; probably peer pressure. It was really stupid.

then my friend decided to send it around my class and it got to the principal and I was suspended for a day. I'm not the same person that I was when I wrote it. I don't know if the suspension was put on my transcript or not, because I was always a stellar student otherwise. As soon as it happened, I'm pretty sure I deleted it from all possible places on my iPad.

it was very embarrassing at the time because my parents and my friends' parents read it and I thought they judged me for it at the time, and I developed depression. It was rather traumatic.

my classmates thought I got it from online because it was very well-written. I got a lot of compliments from other people about how well written it was, and my principal even recommended a writing camp to me. Every now and then I get curious and try to find a copy of it.

I laugh about the whole event now, but at the time it made me feel really really isolated because my class was small and I was with them from kindergarten to eighth grade. But I was wondering-- should I still feel bad about it? How can I let go of the past? Thanks!
