Why aren't any videos working on my iPad?

I was trying to watch something on Netflix but the video didn't load, so I tried again. It still wasn't working. I tried watching YouTube, didn't work either. So an hour later I try to watch Netflix again and it did not work. I tried watching YouTube. At least that time it buffered, but didn't turn on even after 5 minutes if waiting. What is going on with my iPad?

Why does my iPad take so long to charge?

I just bought a iPad 4 on Friday from the Apple store. I was using it the whole day and the I put it on charge overnight for about 10 hours and when I checked in the morning the charging was only 75%. Right now it is on charge and it is was 30%, it has been on charge for 2 hours and is now only 40%.
Why does it take so long to charge?
I always close the apps before charging if that counts for anything.

School IPad Restrictions?

The year ten students in m year are all getting iPads for classroom use this Friday. It's about time because year 7 and 8 have had theirs for two years. The thing is, the iPads we are getting are going to be an extra fee like the 7 & 8 iPads but ours will have restrictions. We won't be able to download apps and the only thing we will be able to do is use the shitty school apps and safari. Is there a way to bypass these restrictions and download apps onto it? Can you use Dropbox to install apps across devices?

Unfair extra data charges! UK Vodafone?

At a friends sleepover her parents turned the WIFI off and one of the other girls connected her iPad to my phone and used it as a personal hot spot whilst I was sleeping! Then I woke up at 11am to find texts from Vodafone saying I was been charged £32.50 for going over my limit! £6.50 for 250mb! I'm so upset and the girl just laughed and said I was being a drama queen. I don't have £32.50 and I'm annoyed because I didn't even use the data. I'm always so careful about data limits! Is there any way to get Vodafone to remove these payments?

How long approx should an iPad that hasn't been used in two years take to charge?

So I just pulled out my beaten up iPad that I stopped using two years ago because I screwed it up so much half the screen was unresponsive to touch. However it was still able to turn on and worked fine (at least half of it did).

I've plugged it into the charger now where it has been for 30 minutes with the same black screen with the depleted battery symbol on it.

I realise it will likely take a long time to bring back to life after having no juice what so ever for two years BUT if anyone has had similar experience, how long does it approx take?
