Yesterday was my garbage day. Right before I left to go to work I needed to put a bag inside the bin, I opened it and notified someone dumped a bunch of stuff in it. Most was garbage but I saw something like a book. I picked it up and it was an iPad. I came from work and looked at it more and it's white and has a nice cover. It's 64 gb and looks new. It has no passcode and is filled with a bunch of old songs from the 70s. It has Verizon wifi so someone is paying monthly. It has no history and no identification. How to find who's it is? Should I just keep it?

I bought a portable battery charger. Now what do I do?
So I went to my local Wal-Mart and I was looking for portable chargers, and I was looking for one of the chargers similar to what my work uses for our headsets/scanners/work phones. The cylinder ones, very much like the one linked here: http://bit.ly/2ikhIwO.
But that was not the case. I bought a BlackWeb 5200 mAh charger (only $15). Comes with USB port charges a smartphone or tablet. Works with USB-charged devices including iPhone, iPad, Samsung and other Android-based smartphones and tablets. Includes Micro USB charging cable. Up to 2X extra charges.
(Not my eBay page, but this is the item here): http://ebay.to/2inGqyA
All that said now, one feature is the LED lights that indicate the devices battery life. I assume it is rechargeable anyway, if it is not a one-time only use.
My question though, are these things rechargeable by just plugging them into the wall like I would my cell phone?
If anyone has further information on if chargers like these, please let me know. New to this whole thing.

Can a new Apple device be exchanged in store?
I own an Apple device that is unopened and sealed, and was purchased at a store that is not Apple. Is it possible to exchange the product at an Apple Store for something equal to or greater than its value, by paying a bit extra to make up the difference in cost? Or is it impossible to do so, as it was not originally purchased through Apple?
Added (1). There is no proof of purchase, as it was a gift from a friend who already owned the product, so they gifted it to me. I don't know the name of the store it was purchased from, and I don't have the receipt.
Added (2). Also, the product I am referring to is an iPad mini 4, 32GB, and the reason that I would like to exchange it is because I found it to be quite small.

This person is threatening to sue me, should I be worried?
I've been telling people that a friend of mine stole an ipad from his grandmother to use as collateral to get a loan (which he didn't pay back)
and this is true…
I've been telling people this; spreading the word. Only because e he's guilty as charged and deserves to have his reputation ruined. (he constantly bothers people for money and he's a scumbag for doing that.)
his sister threatens to sue me for defamation of character.
she thinks I have nothing in writing.
a few things she isn't aware of:
1. Everything is in writing. It doesn't have to be a physical piece of paper; electronic communications are all saved, recorded, documented. Phone messaging, online chats, it's all there.
2. She has to prove these statements are false; which she can't.
3. She has to prove there are damages, which there are none.
4. It costs a lot just to file a lawsuit; I don't think those losers are going to pay the filing fee.
5. She doesn't even know where I live. It's very hard to sue someone with an unknown address.
Should I be worried?

Spilled liquid on Ipad?
I spilled tea on the ipad. I quickly turned it off and dryed it out as much as possible. I put it on the charger and all seemed fine. The screen came on but it won't respond to my touch. Any way I can fix this without going to a repair shop?

I use an iPad at home and an app named fing to keep track on the number of devices?
… Hooked to my wifi. I've discovered a device named ARRIS I don't seem to be able to identify as part of the family's devices…
Do you know what it may be? (Is another modem of brand ARRIS juicing my network?)
How should I kick it out and prevent it from re-joining my network?
Should I call a pro?
Thanks in advance! :-/
