Vacation and roaming charges?

This is probably a stupid question but I ve heard varying answers.

I m getting ready to leave the country next weekend for the Caribbean. I was planning on taking my ipad (wifi only no data) and was going to use that to facetime people back home or install Viber and communicate that way.

My question is even though I don t have data on the ipad if I facetime/text/etc off my ipad will Verizon charge my account for roaming charges. I didn t think so because the ipad has no data but someone told me that since I m using my phone number Verizon will still charge me as it thinks I m using my phone/data.

Why does my WWE Network freeze on my PS3 during live stream shows? No issue with iPad?

Only freezes during live shows. Can't watch Summer Slam tonight because of it. Works fine on my iPad but not the PS3. No issues with my hardware, checked it already.

Internet/wifi apartment help?

so ever since iv moved into my apartment my internet is super slow compared to what it was when i lived with my parents. Im paying comcast $60 for 75mbps and have a modem form then and a netgear router attached (whats the difference between a modem and router?). I did some research and found out that there is a lot of channel interference in apartments so, how do i fix that? My router is set to channel 1 yet its slower then my modem. Should i connect a ethernet cord directly to my ps4 to fix the problem? Should i buy a new modem/router? Is paying for 75mbps to much for 2 phones, ipad, ps4, and desktop?

I found a iPad 2. How to find owner?

Yesterday was my garbage day. Right before I left to go to work I needed to put a bag inside the bin, I opened it and notified someone dumped a bunch of stuff in it. Most was garbage but I saw something like a book. I picked it up and it was an iPad. I came from work and looked at it more and it's white and has a nice cover. It's 64 gb and looks new. It has no passcode and is filled with a bunch of old songs from the 70s. It has Verizon wifi so someone is paying monthly. It has no history and no identification. How to find who's it is? Should I just keep it?

This sounds very strange but I was holding my ipad up to inspect something but accidentally dropped it and it hit my bottom lip, there is a deep cut and a lump, what can I do because my orthodontist i closed?
