How do I take off the black border that shows up around my snapchat pictures on my ipad?

So I ve had people tell me that when I snapchat from my ipad a black border shows up at the top and bottom of the photo. Why does this happen and how can I take it off?

Ibis Paint or Sketchbook?

I've been drawing on Sketchbook (the free version) for a little while now on my iPad. I was thinking of getting the paid version since it offered so many nice things, but I also saw Ibis Paint, so I don't know?

Since I've had the iPad for a while, I only really use it for playing MCPE and drawing, and I still get a lot of gift cards, so I have a bunch of credit right now.

What's a fair asking price for an IPad generation 4?

It's a 16gb AT&T one in fair condition with the exception of the headphone jack which is kinda messed up. You have to pose your headphones in a specific way to get them to work. I was thinking a starting price of $130 and willing to drop to $100. Is this fair?
