I hate my 8 year old sister. How do I cope with her?

Before I start, I just want to say that I "love" my sister meaning that I care about her. Now here s the thing: I don't like her, I hate her. I don't want to spend time with her and I don't want her near me. I hate her because she is extremely rude to my brother and I, she is rude to my mom and has even hit her, she annoys my dog and hurts her, when I correct her (she doesn't talk well, she says non-existent words and pronounces others wrong and messes up sentance order, I don't really know why but my parents don't care?), she gets mad at me and yells and cries and then I get in trouble, she constantly leaves her stuff in my room even after my mom and I have told her multiple times to stop. She watches loud anime during dinner and has spilled various drinks on her iPad. She holds dinner utensils wrong and doesn't use her napkin, she uses her hands and clothes, and its really gross to see her eat but my mom tells me to ignore her and doesn't educate her. She doesn't do anything but watch TV and play videogames but has a constant mess of toys in her room and when my mom says she s going to throw them out, she cries and screams so my mom leaves them even though they re never played with. Sidenote: I don't want to hate her but I don't want to turn into a snob and brat to get along with her. Another sidenote: she s definitely my mom s favorite.

In the past I've played Blackjack with my friends and we would play for fun. It's been some years since I played with playing cards and sometimes I would play the game on my iPhone or iPad. I know you gotta get to 21. I wanna start playing again and wanna play in the casino but I wanna practice playing first. I have my own deck of cards. Is it possible to play Blackjack by yourself?

Was it wrong for me to ground my 12year old sister?

I'm babysitting her and my 9year old brother until August 11th and they start school on Monday. This week dad demanded that I make tem get up at 8am every morning and at 830am she refused to get out of bed while we were eating breakfast. The parents are out of town from Yesterday to August 11th. Dad gave me a schedule for them to follow every day and he said they must have brekfast at 820am and do chores and etc. She refused to wake up so I took her tv, ipad, and electronics privilege away for the day. She threw a pillow at me and called me a *****. I told her you do not ever disrespect adults, you have lost serious privileges. I allowed her to take a nap from 1pm to 2pm today but she is giving me attitude. My parents gave me permission to ground them if they misbehave. I fix their food and help them with chores. I'm taking them shopping tomorrow for school. Mom said if they act up to make them read books and I took her to the library for her to get 3 books just now and we're home. Kids today are bad. I'm 22.

I keep crying for no reason or for the stupidest reasons?

This has never happened before, but for some reason I keep crying either for no reason, or over the stupidest things. Today I even had an anxiety attack just because something was wrong with the IPad screen. It wasn't broken, cracked, damaged, nothing. And it still worked fine, it was just a little bent, (I don't know how that happened tbh or how long it's been there I just noticed it today) and I had an anxiety attack over it. And even after the attack stopped, I still cried a little bit for no reason. Yesterday I cried because I forgot something. I also cried because I accidentally ruined my nail polish. And for no reason at all. These things are frustrating, but I never cry about it? I used to not cry very often, and now I'm crying over the smallest things and don't know why?

Is it normal for my 12 year old son to never go outside?

My son is 12 and he's always had friends at school but he's never been a kid to go outside and see his friends. For the past 12 years he has stayed in the house and only played video games inside. He gets good grades so my husband and I spoil him with laptops, iPads, iPhone, all video games. This whole summer he has been inside playing games everything. My son doesn't see his friends but he does talk to them a lot through the game, and on phone and text he has "social skills" but he never Gos outside never. He's gonna be 13 in a few days.help? Is this normal?

Youtube app won't notify me!

This is getting so annoying, I really just wanna know when a particular youtuber uploads something but the Youtube app will not notify me!
I've clicked the little bell icon beside the 'subscribe' button and selected 'all' from the little options menu. Went to my notification youtube settings and ticked any of the options that applied to me. Went into my iPad's settings and allowed notifications from the youtube app. But I'm stil not getting any notifications!
What do I have to do? Am I missing something?

(I'm using an iPad Air 2 running iOS 10.3.3, btw)
