Should i get the apple tv?

so i have the iphone 6(S) the apple watch series (1) which is perfect for my everyday life style since i'm a youtuber and i just sit around the house all day and d youtube and make youtube content and i have the ipad mini and i'm thinking of getting the apple Tv with the silver remote for the hell of it even though i have a 32 inch (VIZIO) tv that is a smart tv but what i want or a tleast think i want now is the apple tv non 4K apple tv so should i get the apple tv or no as this is something that i have also thought about for quit awhile now?

My Apple ID won't let me log in?

I have a imac os x i just turned on haven't used in months so I have to reinstall mac os x for it to start up and go to the home screen and all that good stuff cause when I turn it on it goes to the apple utilities. Anyways I made a apple id as required when you log in and I verified it. It says I can't log in cause my account hasn't been reviews yet and I have to put my billing and mailing info. I do not own a credit card so I couldn't do that step and now it won't let me log in. I saw that there's ways to get around that but I would need a ipod iPad touch or be in iTunes. I do not own any other apple product other than the imac I want to log into and I can't use the iTunes in the imac since it's not taking me to the main menu and won't give me that option. SOMEONE Help Please

Issues with Microsoft PowerPoint files on IPad

Hi, I know that IPads are not really configured for Microsoft files however I'm hoping somebody out there has a solution…
I'm wanting to be able to get a PowerPoint file from my university website to open in the microsoft PowerPoint app on my IPad in order to be able to edit it. At the moment when I tap the link provided by my university, the PowerPoint opens in another page with no editing ability - almost like a read only view.
My goal is to be able to open the file with the PowerPoint app. Thank you

Is it possible to disable touch ID on new iPad?

Thinking about buying a new iPad as a gift for someone. I see the newest model has touch ID. Will they be able to disable that? Sounds obnoxious.
