Electronic sketchpad for ipad?

I have been looking for an electronic sketchpad that will connect to my iPad to draw but can't find anything. All sketchpads say they connect to mac or Windows. Or can just the iPad be used as a sketchpad with the right program?

Electric shock from ipad?

This has happened multiple times and I don't know what's going on, my friend was showing me something on her iPad so she walked over and when I touched it gave me a electric shock, and three times it happened and only once it was charging so it wasn't the charger. And I don't know if it's because my hearts faster then most people? But I doubt it, should I take it to get checked? And one more thing is I keep shocking everyone I touch even my dog, so I don't know… Help?
Added (1). Electric shock from iPad, headache after.
Added (2). forgot to mention when I just touched the charger I got shocked.

I tried the wrong password on my ipad and got locked out for good. I found the correct password now but now I can't type in any password

Supposely when it completely locks out by trying wrong passwords you have to re format it and wipe out all your information and pics. But my sons wedding is on the ipad. And that was almost 2 years ago. I haven't been able to use my ipad. Any suggestions of how i can get in with the lost password that i do have now? Please?

Chinese Customs electronics/phone limit policy

My parents are going to China, my mom is bringing a phone and a Ipad, my dad is bringing two phones, one is his and one is as a limit. But they are worried they have to pay the chinese customs tax. Is there a limit to how many they could bring?

Bloons TD 5 ripped me off, what do I do?

So a few years ago I used my aunt's Apple account to download the game Bloons TD 5, take note that at the time I bought that game, it was available in the Chinese store and it was free.

So I kept the game on my iPad and one day I realised it costs money to buy it now, so I was like "damn yeah, I got the game for free and now you gotta pay for it." So I was happy about how a made a bargain.

But recently I deleted the game and tried to download it again, but I realised I had to switch back to my aunt's account to download it free. So I did that, except now the game is not avaliable in the Chinese store… Like r u mad? You can't just do that Kiwi ninja?! Now I can't get the game unless I switch to the American store, exception can't because I need my aunt's credit card to do that (which I don't have). So technically I still didn't pay for the game, but if you think about it I still deserve to play it. So do I contact the developers or what?
