I dropped my ipad and now the screens glitching?

I dropoed my ipad from about 2 feet onto the floor it didn't crack but it still has the same crack its had for a few months. When I went on my ipad after I dropped it it was flickering in some spots green and one app I opened had a big green streak accrost it of flickering stuff. I restarted it and it went away some and a few minutes after that it wwnt away complely. What was that? A glitch?

Can the police press charges against me because of my 12 year old daughter's online activity?

The police think my daughter put herself in danger on social media. I'm not that tech savvy. They ask me questions that I have no answer to. My child is not in danger, she's right at home and goes to school everyday. I do not think there's a problem with her. I still have work and managing the household to do, but the police are treating this as a massive issue (although it might just be a minor issue). I limit the amount of time she's on the iPad or computer, but I've never looked into the activity. She just plays games on it and goes on those apps. I really don't want this to be a big hassle, to the point where a lawyer or court is involved.
