Any apps where I could photoshop a tattoo design onto a picture of my skin/ area I want the tattoo on?

I have an original drawing I would like to eventually get a tattoo of. I drew it out myself but want to be able to figure out the placement. I need an app that only transfers the design I did on my iPad and not the picture as a whole to my skin. Please let me know if you know any apps!

I resently noticed on Amazon it says iPads have California's Proposition 65 what's in them that puts them on that list?

In case you didn't know California's proposition 65 is a list of chemicals that are carcinogens or cause birth defects. I've had iPads since I was young and phones that now I know have cancer causing things in them? What chemicals are in them that puts them on this list? Thanks in advance. Also is it safe to keep using electronics moderately?

Do you think my teacher suspects anything?

Hi! So today I have this really sweet English teacher and I'm worried that think she suspects something about my past eating disorder?
I had anorexia last year, and I'm still trying to recover and have a lot of trouble gaining weight and with the concept of being heavier. Because of this, I always have a tab open for calorie counting on my iPad (to make sure I have enough). Anyway, the other day I had a question about one of our assignments because I wasn't sure which webpage to go to, so she just said 'o here, let me-" and she pulled it up for me but she kinda got quiet afterwards and didn't really say anything (which is unusual because she's normally very chatty).
I also frequently wear a lot of baggy clothing, don't speak much in her class, look down a lot, and tap my foot quite a bit (bc I can't help myself eating makes me so anxious and I have her class shortly before lunch).
Anyway, I was just wondering if you think she's noticed anything weird about me/would think any differently about me after seeing that tab open on my iPad.
I don't have anorexia anymore, but I'm worried that she thinks I do? Thanks~

Need help with Cravetv and Amazon fire tv stick?

Just bought a house and have wifi but cable is too expensive. I have a netflix account i watch on my ipad. Considerinf crave tv too but want to be able to watch both on my tv. Saw amazon fire tv sticks have apps for both. Is this true? How doea it work?

Added (1). If I have text documents on word for iPad and I'm not logged in with a Microsoft account and then I uninstall the app, can I get my files back after I reinstall it?

My ipad plays static when movies play explosions How do i put movies on ipad without this happening?

i can get them on there np. I use a converter to make em work with the ipad

but when i play them, explosions and loud action scenes of any kind cause a static in the sound

anyone had this? How do you fix it?
