So I'm 13 and my stupid younger brother is 8. Every time I am doing something, he will be filming me with his iPad. Like for example, I walked out of the shower half naked and he's standing there filming me. I ask him to stop and he runs away laughing and sticking his tongue out at me. I've tried telling my mom to get him to stop but she just says,"He's a baby, he doesn't know anything!" I'm sick of this excuse. What should I do? He even does it when I eat or when I'm watching tv.
