Ipad or android tablets?

So I really want a tablet device… But its all soooo expensive!!! Ipad more than android. I want to be able to use apps and all that but I don't know what's cheaper or better -_-. I just want a tablet but I don't know which one is better? Opinion with facts? Maybe include prices? Thanks.

Tablet or iPad? What is best for Artist Portfolios? Best App for Portfolio?

Lets face it in today's world carrying around a big printed portfolio is cumbersome. The size, the weight, and then if it rains!!! It is simply a pain!

So, like most people I want to update my portfolio… It is digital already, so that is one positive going for me. But which tablet is the best??? Or should one go with the iPad?

What apps are the best for displaying artist portfolios?

Opinions, advice, and links would be greatly appreciated.

Also, how long will it be before Apple releases a touch screen laptop? I think if they did it would kill the iPad, so I do not think they will right away. On a side note, I also want to get a drawing tablet from Wacom… Intuous, or Cintiq;. If the touchscreen technology catches up, won't Wacom go out of business anyways? I am only thinking outside of the box, so please focus more on the first questions! This is just something additional you can comment on. Should I wait for the rumoured iPad mini or buy the new iPad?

It has be rumoured for a while that a new iPad mini may be released soon, I want to buy the iPad 3rd gen. Will it be cheaper to buy that iPad after the 'iPad mini' is released or is it going to be the same for me to buy it now? In addition, im from the UK but my father is going to miami soon for work and an iPad is considerably cheaper in America. Which shop would you recommend him buying it from?

YouTube app gone from iPad!

I updated my iPad to iOS 6 and now my YouTube app is gone. I checked the restrictions and it says off so it is not that. Please help me the only app I pretty much used was YouTube and I just want it back.
