Which is better Ipad mini or the nook tablet? Why?

I just want to watch netflix and youtube in decent quality, and read ebooks that are not going to make me go blind (I also like it when the pages peel, don't really know why though). Are there any other good tablets that are 200-300 dollars? It does not have to be to fancy, it just has to work with as little glitches as possible.

What would your reaction be if?

You bought something expensive like an iPad, laptop, tv or something, but when you got home it didn't work, and when you phoned the shop you got it from the person just said 'tee hee' when you told them about the problem?

I'm not completely tech saavy so please try to understand my wording when I try to explain what happened.

I was on amazon.com looking for an item, I found it. I pressed the arrow in a box button to send the link to my husband, before I typed his complete number in the "to" box, I changed my mind. I can't press cancel or anything else. I can still see the page but it has a grey tint to it making it darker.So I can't close this page or access any of the other tabs I have open on safari. I went to "mail" clucked on an email and now that's frozen too. I thought if I clucked out of safari and opened another app it would just maybe reset or something. How do I unfreeze it???

This guy and i are friends, and every time i see him, he starts talking to me.he talks to rveryone buthe's nuce to them, but when he always talk to me, he teases me.he would call me shortie.so my friends said "do u call her(me) short?" and he said nah i call her midget now.and he told me that my face looks still the same from 3 years ago.i was playing game on my ipad and usually he would talk to his guy friends, but he sat right behind me.he started asking random questions too.does he like me?

Someone wants this for a gift but I can't afford it.

Cant extend arm fully?

I worked out first time in a while, and didnt stretch before or after workout. I also worked out my arms two days in a row and now my left arm cant fully extend past 120 degrees. I can extend it but then itll be like ripping my muscle. Its been a week. Should i just let it rest in a 120 degree position, or should i extend it fully and let it rest in a straighter position because im afraid my muscle will regrow in a 120 degree position and itll be stuck like that forever. Ive also been using my ipad everyday this week so my arms were always in ths 120

Can i restore deleted items from the ipad2?

My 3 year old daughter decided to go on my ipad and delete everything! She deleted all my pictures and apps that were on there when i got my ipad, she deleted all my books i bought ect.i wasn't sure if maybe there is a way i could get it all back? trash bin or whatever, please help :)

Someone with 0 feedback bought an expensive item on eBay. Help?

I put an unwanted iPad on eBay two days ago, and noticed this morning that it had been sold.
The buyer of this item is someone who joined ebay in July but has 0 feedback.
In the description I boldly stated that anyone with feedback less than 10 should message me prior to bidding because I was aware of people messing about.
Now, I am unsure as to what I can do.Is there a way I can remove the bid, the item, or do I have to wait to see if the buyer will pay (even thought they almost definitely won't given their disregard for what I stated in the description)?
Added (1). Please note guys: I asked anyone with less than 10 feedback to message me before bidding. This buyer did not message me. I am annoyed because I need the money pretty soon, and now I have to go through the lengthly process of waiting for the buyer to pay (they almost definitely won't; I've been through this numerous times before) and then having to relist. I was wondering if there was a way of ending this whole process a lot earlier but from early answers, it appears there isn't

I have been told you can get word for the iPad, is this true? How much does it cost? Is it worth getting?
