Is it possible to turn an ipod touch into an ipad?

Instead of buying an ipad is it possible to take the ipod touch and convert it to a bigger screen. Like if you take everything inside of the ipod touch and put it to display on a bigger screen.

Walmart on black friday?

Is there any word yet on when people will start getting in line at wal-mart on black friday? I want the 60" vizio for $688.It is a first page item which usually hints towards popularity but it seems like a lot of the focus is on the ipad 2's. Any advice on when we should plan on arriving?
Added (1). The sales are broken up into three sets. The first at 8 PM. Mine starts at 10 PM, along with the rest of the electronics. The store will be open but will have the items sectioned off. The big items will have separate lines and when it starts the line will move to a different part of the store where you pick up your item. I did last year for my mom and we got there only an hour before and were only 2nd in line. But I did not want to count on it being that easy this year.

Refurbished iPad vs iPad mini?

Hi, I have the 3rd generation iPad wifi only. I want one with cellular so I'm thinking about getting a refurbished new iPad or get the iPad mini.

iPad mini - $459 + tax
the new iPad (3rd generation) - $509 + tax

which one should I get & why?
(btw the new iPad is the 3rd generation iPad they don't sell the new one anymore)

My iPad has frozen and wont turn on?

I was playing on a game on my iPad and then it froze and turned itself off. Ive tried turning it back on and it gets to the screen where the apple is but then it just freezes and wont do anything. What do I do?
Added (1). Yes its obviously charged if the 'apple' is showing.

I'm getting frequent nosebleeds? Normal?

I'm 16 years old, the other morning as I was using the bathroom I felt a blockage in my nose and cleared it with a tissue, just a simple 'bogey' (I can't think of a polite way of saying it)

After clearing it I had a pretty long nosebleed and then in my shower I managed to blow out a lump as if it was maybe mucus covered in blood or something else.
Then maybe the next day I came down with a cold but when I went to blow my nose, it only came out of my nostril whereas my bleed was in the left.

But this evening I was just casually suing on my iPad when I felt a dribble in the left nostril and I thought it was mucus until I saw red dripping out and then it was a nosebleed lasting about half an hour to clear which then I went in the shower to cleanup and yet again another load of thick blood came out again as if it was blood covered mucus maybe.

Now it's dripping again but isn't a full on nosebleed, and I'm not sure if this is linking with my cold or whatnot.

Any help?
