My laptop only connects to wifi with full bars. Why? My ipad connects with range of bars?

I can only connect my laptop to the wifi router with full bars registered. If I go into another room where it drops a bar, the internet doesn't work and eventually I get disconnected from the wifi router.
Why is this happening? Can anyone guide me what to do to resolve this issue?
Thanks

What's wrong with me? - 1

It takes me over four hours every morning to get ready. I always feel like I don't look good enough and I feel the need to look perfect. That four hours or more is mostly spent on putting on mascara. Making each eyelash separate and going in the right direction. I will refuse to leave without makeup on. Also my hair has to be dead straight. I won't leave if I haven't straightened it over and over again. Also if I get a scratch on something, such as an iPad, I will rub and rub and rub for hours trying to get it off. Even if it isn't visible… It makes me feel like Its not good enough. Another thing is that if I find an insect on the floor, I can't leave it there. I absolutely HAVE to pick it up. Whether it's a slug to a worm to a caterpillar… I fear that It will be stepped on. Also if I have furniture and it gets a miniature chip on it, I will buy a new one. It makes me feel like I'm not good enough if my room isn't perfect, or any of my possessions. Getting ready in the mornings makes me so stressed out that I'm hurting myself physically. I hate how I feel the need for everything to be perfect. What's wrong with me? What do I have?

How to jailbreak my iPad for iOS 7.1?

I have been searching all day for a way to jailbreak my iPad for iOS 7.1. The official evasi0n one isn't out yet but there are others. If you could find one I can do from safari and NO SURVEY that would be great. But anyway, I already had my iPad jailbroken before. But I was stupid and didn't know that updating to 7.1 would erase cydia.

How to sell an iPad mini with Flappy Bird on it?

I want to sell my iPad mini because it has the game Flappy Bird on it so it will be worth more. However, I'll obviously have to disconnect my Apple account from the iPad before selling it. Will this delete Flappy Bird from the iPad or will all of my apps still be on there even after I disconnect my account? Thanks!

A teacher lied to me?!

This year 7 coordinator tried to sort out this problem.

This kid went on my ipad a started messing around with it. I walked over to him and took it. He uncliped the keyboard to it and broke a key. I told the teacher and he told the year 7 coordinator.
The this kid wouldnt admit to braking it. The coordinator asked for witnesses and asked them questions. The Coordinator said to me he asked 4 witnesses and then said they all said I broke it. My best friend was in that room. And told me there were only 3 witnesses. And only 1 said that I broke it! (That person was the kid who broke it's best friend.) The other didnt see it and my best friend told the truth. I think the coordinator lied because theres a contact everyone signs. Anyone who brakes anyones personal property will pay for a replacement. But its $100 and cant be fixed. So now Im pissed off at the coordinator and the kid who broke my keyboard. How do i get two birds with one stone.
