Can you transfer photos from mobile phone to iPad?

I want to get a Nokia Lumia 520 but it won't have instagram on it because it's windows and I was wondering if it was able to transfer photos in anyway from this phone to my IPad o I can upload it from there even if it's sending it through email that's fine too but if there are any easy please do say:)

IPad 2 Software Update Unavailable Help?!

I haven't used my iPad in a month or so and now that I would like to start using it again it says I have an update available for iOS 7.1. I'm having an issue with a few of my apps not working properly so I want to install the update. When I click on Install Now and Agree to terms, a message pops up and says "Software Update Unavailable - Software Update is not available at this time. Try again later." I have rebooted my iPad several times over the past few days trying to install this update and it does this every time! What should I do? If I back up everything on iCloud and completely restore it to factory settings, will this fix my issue? And will I be able to get all the apps I paid for back onto my iPad if I back them up and login with the same email?

My laptop only connects to wifi with full bars. Why? My ipad connects with range of bars?

I can only connect my laptop to the wifi router with full bars registered. If I go into another room where it drops a bar, the internet doesn't work and eventually I get disconnected from the wifi router.
Why is this happening? Can anyone guide me what to do to resolve this issue?

What's wrong with me? - 1

It takes me over four hours every morning to get ready. I always feel like I don't look good enough and I feel the need to look perfect. That four hours or more is mostly spent on putting on mascara. Making each eyelash separate and going in the right direction. I will refuse to leave without makeup on. Also my hair has to be dead straight. I won't leave if I haven't straightened it over and over again. Also if I get a scratch on something, such as an iPad, I will rub and rub and rub for hours trying to get it off. Even if it isn't visible… It makes me feel like Its not good enough. Another thing is that if I find an insect on the floor, I can't leave it there. I absolutely HAVE to pick it up. Whether it's a slug to a worm to a caterpillar… I fear that It will be stepped on. Also if I have furniture and it gets a miniature chip on it, I will buy a new one. It makes me feel like I'm not good enough if my room isn't perfect, or any of my possessions. Getting ready in the mornings makes me so stressed out that I'm hurting myself physically. I hate how I feel the need for everything to be perfect. What's wrong with me? What do I have?

I have been searching all day for a way to jailbreak my iPad for iOS 7.1. The official evasi0n one isn't out yet but there are others. If you could find one I can do from safari and NO SURVEY that would be great. But anyway, I already had my iPad jailbroken before. But I was stupid and didn't know that updating to 7.1 would erase cydia.

How to sell an iPad mini with Flappy Bird on it?

I want to sell my iPad mini because it has the game Flappy Bird on it so it will be worth more. However, I'll obviously have to disconnect my Apple account from the iPad before selling it. Will this delete Flappy Bird from the iPad or will all of my apps still be on there even after I disconnect my account? Thanks!
