My Parent Won't Let Me Play Video Games?

Hey. I'm 15 years old & live with my mom/mum. She lets me play Xbox around once or twice a MONTH. I have a YouTube channel with 700 subscribers but I've been doing it for over 4 years now with around 200 uploads. I know she is affecting my growth as my stats show that the days that I'm allowed to upload I'm getting considerably more subscribers/likes. All she ever says when I ask her can I use the Xbox or PC… Even my iPad she says straight up "No." I ask again & almost give a Martin Luther King speech about why I need to use my technology. She just ignores me & it really irritates me. Whenever I actually do get an answer she says something like I get too "into it". But I mean seriously why do you think video games were created obviously they're there to take you into a virtual world. Apparently it's her house her rules -_- Thanks to anyone who has read this far & any tips would be very appreciated.

P.S - I've already tried the usual "tell her you'll do the chores" stuff or "tell her that the world is gonna end if you don't let me play" stuff.

Should I want until Black Friday to buy an iPad Pro?

I found an iPad Pro 10.5-inch, 256 GB going for $699.99 (regular price from Apple is $749, or $729 with student discount). I've been meaning to get the tablet before college starts (late-September), but with black Friday in a few months I was wondering if anyone has experienced a better deal with Apple products? (iPads specifically). If so, do you recommend I wait or just swipe this one now?

Added (1). No Ipad because they are clunky with Docusign and have more of a smartphone feel. Also I prefer Android. I was considering the Yoga tab 3 pro, but can't find it in best buy to preview in person (the projector is attractive for a presentation stand point). I'm more so looking for guidance with selecting the right device. I will primarily be using it for a "wow" factor and will do most of my business on my laptop, but it will be useful for Open House registration, Docusign and presentations.

Can i get photos from a broken iPad back?

so i had an iPad and about a year ago it broke. I was recently trying to find some old pictures and realized they were taken on the iPad. The iPad is unable to be fixed as it broke so long ago but its Apple ID is the same as my iPhones so is there a way to get the iPads photos or videos back using my iPhone or iCloud?

Is it normal for a 9 year old to act like this?

My cousin lives with me and he assumes a lot. When I told him to stop playing the iPad because his time's up, he said said that I play the phone which is worse. I don't really play games. He assumed that one of the 7-Eleven slurpee flavors contained alcohol because it was spicy, and told my mom that I was drinking. According to Canada's law, you can't sell it to anyone under 19 nor can you put it in drinks where kids can buy it for $1.75. He talks very loudly and the things he say are impulsive - things that are inappropriate to say in public. He will cry if he's told to stop. He constantly butts into people's business even if they don't want him involved. It's pretty annoying and I find him impulsive/a lot more energetic than kids his age. He tries to sing about EVERYTHING and jumps around a lot. My parents have to restrict certain areas because they're afraid that he might injure himself. The thing is, my cousin has trouble with instructions and knowing when something is not a good thing to say. He doesn't catch on the fact that most people don't want him shouting that someone is "ugly" or "has a big pimple" out loud at Walmart.
