Can I go to court over stolen/damaged property?

I rented a small room in a trailer from 10/19/17 through 3/22/18 I found this room by posting an ad on Craigslist. Shortly after I moved in she moved her boyfriend in. On 3/22/18 I was watching a movie in the evening when she was taking a shower and when she got out she started screaming about a diamond ring that she took off and was now missing. The only person that was in there was her boyfriend but she blamed me. The police were called and I was advised to leave because there was so much conflict. I stayed in a hotel for 2 nights and came back with a police escort to retrieve my belongings. Upon arriving the door to my room was nailed shut from the inside, I had to use her door to enter. My room was completely destroyed. Everything had been pulled out of the cupboards and gone through and broken. I'm missing a lot of things including an Apple ipad. The main thing is that I had my father's ashes in a wooden box and some jewelry. The jewelry was taken from the boxes and the wooden box that contained my fathers ashes was smashed to pieces. I have until 3/27/2018 to retrieve the rest of my belongings. I took pictures of all the damage and saved all the empty jewelry boxes as well as the smashed urn with a tiny bit of my dads ashes left inside. I also know that she has been selling the jewelry that she took because a friend came to me with a braclet that she sold him for $20 which he brought to me to see if it was mine. The police saw the room and advised me to go to court.

Why is ipad mini suddenly not playing my videos?

I'm trying to watch videos in my photo folder, but they won't play. The loading icon keeps spinning around.

Ipad is up-to-date. Version 11.2.6
I have plenty of free space, so I don't think that's an issue.

How iss astronauts deal with computer failures?

lets any computer or ipad sent to iss. How it would be dealt? Lets say few ipad batterys started failing and shut down for example 40%battery left. Or bad battery? I guess battery replacement is out of question in space.

I betrayed my sister and I can't live with myself. I have become depressed as I did something bad to someone I love?

I'm feeling extremely disappointed in myself for something I did before I became mature and a better person.

Basically I betrayed my sister. I read her secret diary and it had something shocking in it about a boy. It was Something she did & said about him that was inappropriate. I was so shocked that I stupidly and selfishly told my two best friends as I just was so shocked. They didn't tell anyone else but I deeply regret doing this as it's private.

I also once saw notifications come
Up on her iPad from her boyfriend and he stated inappropriate things (sexual) about him and her. I was really disgusted and shocked that I told one of my friends.

I ABSOLUTELY HATE MYSELF FOR DOING THIS. IT HAPPENED QUITE LONG AGO BUT I CAN't GET OVER IT. I'm A DIDFERENT PERSON NOW AND WOULD NEVER DO THAT BUT IF MY SISTER EVER FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS SHE WOULD BE SO ANGRY.

my heart is actually broken. The biggest mistake and regret of my life. Was this really that bad? Should I let it go or do I deserve to feel this guilty? (I was 16/17 when I made this mistake)

Can an ipad pro receive files from a usb harddrive?

If yes can this be done with an adapter of some sort or itunes has to control everything that is copied to the device?

5 years ago I had never used an IPad. Now I can't do without it bu I'm wasting so much time. Can I ever go back to my pre iPad/ iPhone days?

And just be normal like I was for my first 20 years?

Why won't my parents get me a phone?

I'm 13 years old. I have never had behavioral issues in my life. I always bring back As on my report card. For the life of me, I can't figure out why my parents won't get me a phone. I'm extremely mature for my age. My brother got his when he was 11.

I'm never invited anywhere, as I can't be easily contacted and can't be notified of last minute changes. Therefore, I rarely get to see my friends outside of school. And on the rare occasion I'm invited, I'm usually not allowed to go.

With that being said, I have to turn to online games to "hang out" with them. I don't have a PC, so I can't get those types of games. With the recent additions of games like Fortnite and PUBG to mobile, I can finally play with them. But unfortunately I can't. My iPad Mini 1 does not support any new games that come out. I have no way to socialize and have fun with them out of school. Therefore, I would like a newer device, and since I don't have a phone and probably will need one sooner in the future, it would make more sense for the to be the new device.

I'm constantly laughed at, and have "fun" poked consistently at school. Those who don't do this tell me that they feel sorry for me. I'm yet to meet someone at my school who does not have a phone.
Added (1). I can't legally work in my state. I can't babysit, due to the few children in my neighborhood being older than me. None of my neighbors want me to mow their lawn. None of them. I do all of the chores in my house, and I'm not paid anything, and I can't ask. I have no way to get money. I receive only $25 from my relatives on Christmas and my birthday.
Added (2). I've done research. I can use the SIM card we have in our home phone, so there's no need to create a new data plan. I've figured out what would be the best phone I can get for around $250. I've found it, yet my parents continue to say "maybe later", as they have been saying of the past 4 and a half months.
Added (3). And for those who will undoubtedly screech that I'm spoiled: I'm not. My brother is the spoiled one. He gets most of everything he wants. I'm not the golden child of the family, despite doing nearly everything my brother does.
Added (4). I do not plan on sexting. I do not plan on using social media, for I think it is pointless. There shouldn't be any "safety" concerns.

YouTube desktop version on chrome on my iPad has changed, I can't use full screen?

I used to be able to use full screen and picture in picture (which you can't use with the mobile version) but today it stopped working for no reason, I didn't update it or anything. It says that full screen isn't supported and some of the buttons are black. How do I get it back to how it was?

My iPad won't let me download or update any apps?

It keeps on coming up as:
