MacBook Air or iPad for college?

I am currently finishing high school, about to go to college in the fall.

I am facing a big decision as far as which device I should get. I am going to be doing a lot of web browsing and video watching for research (and maybe some fun stuff, haha), along with a TON of typing, spreadsheet-ing, and presenting. Maybe some video editing and vector graphics here and there.

So, 64GB MacBook Air 11, or 64GB iPad 4?

PS- if you recommend an iPad, please tell me what apps I can get to make it a mobile office like I would on the MacBook Air.

What is a USB flash drive for?

I need to know what it is for, like what it goes in (computer, ipad, phones, ect i don't know)

Is my ipad broken? is it unfixable?

My ipad suddenly turned black.it works but i cant see the text and pictures.it can turn on and off, but i can't see the screen.it works, but the only problem is that i can't see what the screen says.its all black.

Will ipad and iphone ever get flash support?

The fan-made flash apps are just slow and doesn't work properly at all

What is the twitter app that allows you to use icons with your tweets?

I often see it from people, who tweet from apple products such as the IPhone, IPod touch, and IPad. When they tweet, they had little icons to go with it, such as a smiley face, a heart.etc. I've looked for the twitter app that has this feature, but I can't find it. Does anyone know what it's called? Thanks!

Are there any screen recording applications for the iOS devices?

The iPod Touch by itself has a build in microphone, a camera and it can also record videos. You could even upload videos onto YouTube from it which makes it so it's actually the perfect device to do playthroughs on? The iPod Touch (4th or 5th generation), the iPhone or the iPad by themselves would easily be able to record game play if there was just an application for it.Is there one in the iTunes store that doesn't require jail breaking? There are so many games on it that I could record gameplay for and then upload if there was an application for it. If there isn't one, will they ever release one within the next year?

Well Im a city kid going to a suburban private high school.im a freshman. I hate it but I have to go there because the city public school suck.im sick of al the stuck up snobby spoiled rich judgemntal racist suburban kids. They always tel me "your neighborhoods scary.its ghetto" when like no its not its actually one of the nicer city neighborhoods.its not like good like suburban neighborhoods but its alright, its safe.and my one friend said hes scared of it cuz of black ppl.hes racist! and besides proly like 60% of my neighborhoods white and i love having diversity.thats another thing the school is too white i hate being surrounded by white ppl all day cuz omg.my best friend who goes there is black.and theyr all so spoiled almost everyone has an iphone(not me) and some have an iphone and their own ipad they bring to school and some have fancy iphones and theyr own laptop, some touch screened.its ridiculus.

Is it possible to spy someone through an iPad?

I feel like I'm being spied on. I talk to this guy and he talks to me thru his iPad and well this one time I messeged him "hey" and he didn't reply for like 10 minutes so I was like (to myself) "why isn't he responding anymore… god I hope he replies" and then at that moment he replies.

Also at random times, he just messeges me out of no where he puts "Your sooooo pretty" or he just puts a smiley face :) like all random.

Am I just being paranoid???
