IOS 6.0.1 update to iPad?

I followed the procedure of update and now it says I must connect to iTunes. iTunes is telling me the iPad is in Recovery Mode and wants to return my iPad back to factory defaults. I have things on my iPad I do not want to lose. What can I do to fix this? Will an Apple Store be able to get my files?

HELP! One minute of madness allowing a new update to access my iPad before it got tested by a few techies in the real world.

Can you get 4G on a Ipad 3rd gen if it didn't come with it when you bought it?

I was thinking about buying a Ipad 3rd generation (The newest one)..but I was going to get the one with Wifi only..because it's cheaper. Could I get 4G in the future on my Ipad..or is it impossible to do that?

Apps not opening in iPad?

This happens constantly to me and usually if I plug in to my laptop and sync it fixes it.It's not this time and I kinda need to get into my drawing programs… like YESTERDAY. (I do for cash commissions)
I read somewhere that if you delete and reinstall all your apps it will fix the problem but the drawing app I have is a paid for app. If I uninstall it, will I have to pay for it again?
And is there any other way to fix it? (I have reset it several times and set the setting back to default too)

YouTube videos not playing well on my ipad?

Since updating to the latest iOS from apple the you tube app disappeared from our iPad and now it isn't loading videos in one go, it is continually buffering, stopping and starting and is generally very annoying to use.
I don't know if this is because we have a lot of crappy kids apps on our iPad or if its our wireless router not keeping up with the data.

I checked the space on it and it says we have 13g left of 28g available.So about half full, not sure if that would affect it.

Any ideas?
