How to disable the option to put a passcode on an iPad?

I'm a teacher in a school and the children keep putting passcodes on the iPads, meaning they have to be reset. I can't see an option in the 'restrictions' tab to actually disable the ability to add a passcode. Is there any way to do this?

Which carreer path should I take?

I have been working at my current work place for the last 9 years but I have also been putting myself through community college for a career in biology. I have recently been accepted into the Surgical Technology program and I am so nervous to leave my current workplace because I am good at what I do which is marketing sales training on certain crm databases and iPad technology. They have provided me raises and an unexpected bonus but my boss has know about my desires in bio education for over a year Now and hasn't hired any additional team members. I accepted the spot avaliable in the program and now I have 2 months to prepare for the first semester. My life is going to change as I won't have a full time job… Set scheduled might have to work weekends… Please help! What would you do? TAke the pay cut and bust your ads in the program or stick with your current job and continue to be the best within that department.

I have a iPad Mini 1 and it's really laggy. Safari crashes all the time, and it has trouble with YouTube videos?

Any good photo transfer apps?

I need one that allows me to upload multiple photos (from an iPhone) at a time, then receive them on my iPad and save many of the photos at once, not having to click the "Save to Camera Roll" button for every photo. Any ideas?

Keeping in touch with a Mormon missionary?

I met a missionary a few weeks ago but he was just transferred to a different town, I met the new missionary but I am not as comfortable talking about religion as I was with the first one. I was wondering if I could contact him and ask him to go on with him since he left me his email address before leaving and the church gave him an iPad to help him proselytize. There's still a problem: I am from the opposite sex and in this case their rules are strengthened. Should I send him an email to explain the situation?

Horse photography help?!

Okay so I have a canon ixus 220hs camera I really want to be able to take amazing beautiful photos. I just seem when ever I take an awesome pic there is some thing not right about it. I just need some help. I am only able to see My beautiful horse in the arvo (3:40 -6:00) and it's usually getting dark by then. He is really fuzzy cause it's winter so is there any ideas for winter pony pic ideas. Also please look at the first pic and give me pointers on editing apps for iPad and how to edit them amazingly. So I want to take pics like this. But these are my pics.
