So i recently got put in a foster home and my mother is refusing to give me my expensive belongings such as iPad laptop and my slr camera. She didn't pay for any of those. Next time i go to children's court I'm going to get a court order to make her give me them. What happens if she violates the court order and refuses to give me them?
My social worker told me I could get that court order. And also, my mother hasn't been my legal guardian since I was 3. I was with my grandma for 13 years and then my mom stole me for a day.and she has my stuff now.SO it's not legally hers.
And this is CHILDRENS court, every child gets appointed there own free lawyer.
