4:3 or 16:10 for reading?

Hello, I have had a Galaxy Tab S 10.5 for about a year, I mainly use it for reading and browsing webpages.
Now the Tab S2 9.7 is released, spec wise is almost the same, with a smaller battery and better GPU (however, I dont game and would be charging everyday anyway). The only difference is the screen aspect ratio from 16:10 to 4:3, which matches the iPad and I heard it is better for reading.

So here is my question, is a 4:3 aspect ratio good for reading A4 pdf files? Would I get bigger letters on the 9.7inch screen than the bigger 10.5 but 16:10 screen?
Are there any other advantages of a 4:3 screen aspect ratio?

Can I still update to iOS 7 on ipad mini 1st gen?

I have iOS and a lot of apps aren't compatible anymore. I don't want iOS 8 or 9.

Back when iOS 7 was out when plugging my ipad mini in to itunes at that popup screen that asks to 'download the file only' or 'download and install' I chose to download the file only. Where do those files get saved? I know I downloaded it but I don't know where it saves to.

Please help?

How long Does it take to upload movies to an Ipad 2?

I dragged some movies from my laptop to the Ipad icon in my itunes and they have not uploaded yet. They are still grey, while the movies that can play are in black. How long should I wait for the movies to upload? It has already been over 12 hours.

Is my iPad charging port broken?

Well I've had my iPad mini since 2013 and it has had its fair share of accidental abuse. About three months ago I started to wrap the cable around the iPad as it was the only way it could of charged. The last time it was charging was two days ago. I really need some good advice.

Trying to use ATT uverse app whilst in UK, using Surfeasy VPN on ipad, it isn't working?

I live in the states. I am from the UK. We use surfeasy all the time on the ipad to access UK TV we can't get in the US. However this time I wanted to use it vice versa, use surfeasy to make use of my ATT uverse account. When I try this though it tells me I am outside geographical zone, any ideas what settings in ipad are causing this? It works fine on my laptop but I would prefer to watch on my ipad so looking for some help?

Why can't I reset my AOL password?

I couldn't log into my aol account so I went to the password reset screen, entered the captcha, and entered my secret questions. But after I enter the answers it just takes me back to the captcha screen! I've tried recovering with my iPad, my phone, and from a different wifi network but they all do the same thing! Is there any fix for this? I really need to get into my email!
