Use ethernet and WiFi at the same time?

I recently bought a ViKosmo wireless router. I hooked it up, hoping to have wifi for my iPad and iPod but still use ethernet on my Mac. I can get one to work at a time, either my wifi works or my ethernet works. I cant figure out anything, I have googled everythin I can think of to no avail.

Artwork on iPad not showing.?

My music on my iTunes all has the correct artwork and you can see them all not a single one missing, But when I sync my music to my iPad the artwork isn't coming up. All of my music is purchased through iTunes so I don't understand why it's doing this.any ideas?

Sometimes when I get notifications my iPad will wake up indefinitely?

Whether it's ESPN or a Facebook notification sometimes my iPad will wake up and stay on without going back to sleep. Does anybody know what is going on? The battery is great but if it's on for hours without me knowing it I can't really get much use out of it.

Is this a fair punishment?

Saturday night I snuck out of my house and went down the street, (I live in a small gated community) to my best friends house, there were about 10 people there and I was close with all of them, I got a little drunk but by the time I left I was almost sober, I snuck out at 11 and left at about 4 in the morning.My friend that was with me got very very very drunk and threw up everywhere and passed out.he passed out at about 1.after 3 hours of laying in his throw up, I decided to be responsible and take him back to my house so he could crash with me. I practically carried him home. (my house was about 200 yards from where my bestfriend lives) i got back into my garden and snuck into my window, this is how i snuck out in the first place.my mother was waiting for me so after seeing her i decided to just suck it up and go in the window anyway.we got inside and i layed my friend down on my bed and told him that he was going to be fine and told him to go to sleep.my mum was absolutely furious and told me off as you can imagine.she told me to get my friend out of the house by 7 in the morning, giving me about 2 hours of sleep.at 6:30 i woke up and woke up my friend.i made sure he wasn't injured or anything.and i walked him back to my bestfriends house to go sleep there until his dad came to pick him up, i did this because i had to have him out by 7.i came back to my house and slept for about 7 hours.i woke up and went upstairs and obviously my parents gave me a lecture.now keep in mind that they have no clue that i had any alcohol.(responsibledrunkLAD) i told them that my friend had brought some himself and got drunk.they took away my iPhone, iPad.they said it is for about 3 months.also i am grounded for god knows how many weeks/months.i just think that the punishment isn't very fair considering i took it upon myself to take care of my friend and made sure he was okay.i completely think that i do deserve some punishment because i snuck out but still, taking away all of my forms of communication and the right to hangout with friends for a long time? it doesn't seem fair at all.i probably sound like such a spoiled *** right now but i would just like to know what everyone thinks.

Forgot ipad mini passcode? Help!

I forgot my passcode and apparently I guessed to many times so now my ipad just says "ipad is disabled connect to iTunes" then whenever I connect to iTunes all it says is "iTunes could not connect to the ipad because it is locked with a passcode. You must enter your passcode on the ipad before it can be used with iTunes." help!!!

Using a plug with lower output voltage than the original?

The usb charger of my ipad just broke so I am now using the usb charger of my phone (not an apple product).It works just fine but I want to ask if this will cause some problems in the future.
The ipad's charger has 5.1V output while the charger of my phone has 5V.

Also what will be the effects of using a charger with lower output?
I also noticed that the ipad charges very slowly and I also want to ask if this is related.

Advice for my lil' bro?

I'm an older sister, about to be 14.
My younger brother is 8. Loves the tv, ipad, and talks rubbish all the time.
In school, my brother hates chinese, and most subjects are in chinese(ex.science, maths) therefore he hates studying, like normal kids, I know.
My mom comes home late every night to go through his homework with him ( giving him answers cause he doesn't understand anything and doesn't bother to do it)
Everyone expects me to sit down to teach him everyday.
You see, I don't have the best temper, and my brother shows absolutely no signs of interest in studying, he'll impatiently ask for the answers which pisses me the *** off, and I'll start scolding him.
After that, he cries, my mom scolds me really bad ( she loves my brother more than me, not joking)
And the formula repeats!
I hate facing that brat that uses my mom against me!
Sometimes I think my mom is influenting my bro to dislike chinese, <flashback, my mom hated chinese>
She plans to send my brother to an anti-chinese school, my dad strongly disagrees.
He goes to many tuitions but it doesn't seem to work, his grades are around B-'s ,C's or fails.
I dislike teaching him! But I don't want my brother to be jobless in the future!
WHAT SHOULD I DO TO MAKE HIM STUDY BY HIMSELF?
