Is a Nintendo 3ds old fashioned? Should I get a 3ds or an Ipad for my b-day?

I was thinking of getting a Nintendo 3ds but I heard it was kind of an old fashioned thing? Does nobody play on 3ds anymore? The reason I'm thinking to get an Ipad is for purely the app games. What should I get?

Can school-mandatory software see exactly what I'm doing on my iPad?

My school made us put a device manager on our IPads. It blocks us from using the camera, going to inappropriate websites, etc. I was wondering if while I'm at school and at home they can see what I am specifically doing and what websites I'm on when I'm in private mode on safari. However going on blocked websites only works at school but the tech office can still change things on my iPad while I'm not at school.

Can school mandatory monitoring software see what websites I'm going on? Lik?

I was wondering if that also means it can see what I m doing in private mode on safari, like see if I m on Ifunny instead of paying attention to class. Also, at home websites that are blocked I can go to. Since I can go to these websites at home can they see what I am doing at home?

Internet problems… IPad and ps4 won't connect?

I noticed it this morning when my iPad was acting up… I disconnected from the Internet and tried logging back in but after a few min my iPad would disconnect from the wifi and make me log in again and sometimes say the password was wrong even tho I know it was right… I noticed it kicked me when I opened the PlayStation app or if I let it turn off… Then I go to my PlayStation at night and it doesn't wana connect either… They both show my internet but have trouble connecting… Please help ive had this problem all day I disconnected my router and modem I restarted and reset my iPad but I keep getting this problem. I've even changed the wifi password a few time and I can connect but it kicks me out a few min later I went over to my sisters place and the wifi works fine there it's just mine… Some people say I need a firm ware update on my router but idk how to do that and if it's not that what could it be? Please help I have a linksys router and I'm using xfinity Internet

Ipad air 2 bloated battery?

So i was just using it one day and i noticed something my ipad was BENT i was just like wtf i swear to god i didnt abuse it i think it is a bloated battery its almost been a year since i bought it i was just wondering will apple cover it if i still have my one year limited warranty because i didnt abuse it at all its kinda their fault for their design.
