What could be wrong with my Tracker Guide V 15 Boat?

I decided to take my Tracker Guide V15 all about the ten thousand islands in some narrow channels, and there was a lot of seagrass, and the propeller stuck in some sand and possibly got a bit nicked up on possibly some rocks and maybe some coral. Whenever it stuck ground there was a horrible wrenching noise from the motor, and the engine just started sounding worse.

The engine now makes a low of blue smoke, it is a 20 ELH Four Stroke outboard manufactured by Mercury. I know I struck some stuff while speeding through some narrow channels just exploring around, the seagrass cuttings were visible behind the boat.

I knew that someone told me that motor honey stops engines from smoking, so I dumped the entire honey jar from my picnic food into the engine oil fill. That didn't help, and the engine started running rougher and rougher until it just gave out. I am within sight of the marina, and I am wondering if I might be able to fix it or would have to call to get it towed back in.

Flames shot out of the engine, and I was able to extinguish the fire that reaulted, and there is a metal rod sticking out. The engine will not restart. I am trying to do research on my ipad, and don't want to spend money on a tow.
Added (1). The boat is presently leaking both fuel and oil into the water, and there is gasoline in the boat. It seriously reeks of fuel, and I am afraid of another fire and I don't have another extinguisher. What should be done?
Added (2). Would there be a fine for having my boat engine malfunction? Did my boat damage the environment so they will fine me for all im worth if I call for help?

A long time ago I got really far on this game using my IPad. Since I was only like 10 it was using my dad s Apple ID. I eventually had to give the IPad back to him (it was his work s ipad) now a few years later I really want to get my data back from that game. This teachers behaviour is affecting me mentally?

There is this teacher who teaches at my school. He isn't my teacher yet I'm always seeing him all the time and he makes me feel very uncomfortable.

- the other day I was working on a timed essay in class. I had my back turned to the door. Then I trned round and he was standing in the corridor with his phone help up and pointing my direction. When I saw him he quickly put his phone away and walked off
- another time he walked into one of my lessons. He talked to the teacher then sat down next to me and turned to face me with his iPad pointing in my direction. He stayed there for a good 10 minutes and then left
- one day I was in class standing up listening to the notices and he walked in and stood near to me and was staring at my face for ages. I then rolled my eyes and he laughed and then when I was walking out he followed me with his phone help up and pointing in my direction, then when I caught him he quickly walked off the other way
- sometimes when I'm in a room on my own he will burst in and stand there staring at me for ages and walk out without saying a word
- he always seems to be around me and stares at my face and body a lot. Sometimes he will stand in close proximity to me and stare at my face for a long time
- sometiems when I'm sitting down in class he will walk past me and his crotch area brushes against my shoulder even though there is space for him to walk. This has happened more than once

Why is he doing this? I feel like he his affecting me mentally

I do have a laptop but its specs are quite low

maybe a surface pro 3? But what alternative can you provide me because surface is quite expensive,,,.

Any recommendations and I want something that comes with a stylus

OK, so I'm into classic country and I started purchasing all my old favorites a few months ago and burning them to CDs. I just received a $50 gift card for Itunes and started back up again. And then again I realized I couldn't get any Garth Brooks music on Itunes. How to text phone numbers on an iPad 1?

I have an iPad 1 and wanted to be able to text from it. I sign in with my apple and I can't get or send any text messages. Is there an app or something that's compatible with iPad 1 software that will allow me to text other numbers for free? I have a phone number on my phone. Maybe I can use it throught that somehow? Please help!
