How to make my battery last longer?

I'm going on a 3 hour trip for a school trip thing, and we'll be on a boring bus the whole time. We are allowed to take any electronics we want, so I'm going to take my Mac-Book Pro and my ipad mini. Although I won't be on my laptop the whole time, me and a friend want to watch a movie on it. She'll have hers as well so if we want to watch another movie, we'll use hers. However, I want to make my battery last as long as possible. I know i can decrease the brightness, but is there any other way i can make it last longer? It's a 1 year old Mac Book Pro (NOT the new one with retina display). Please give any advice you have. Thanks so much!

How to upload photos on Instagram from iPad using the Instagram website through safari?

I have a school iPad and we're not allowed to download any apps, so in order to get on Instagram I have to go through Safari and proceed to the Instagram website. I can get on my account, I just don't know how to upload a picture.So if you have any ideas or know how, please let me know! Thanks

Why is the video upside down?

I was sent a video to my e-mail using an ipad 2 camera. For some reason, it plays upside down. There's no "rotate" that I can see. He has sent videos before but this is the first time one has been upside down. How do you fix it to make it right side up?

Should I buy the lenovo helix or the ipad for college?

So, I'm going to head off to college and I wanted a tablet that I could use to take notes and get rid of unnecessary weight in my backpack.

I have it down to the lenovo helix (which hasn't come out yet) and the ipad (which doesn't have a pen).

Which one would you recommend?

Alternatives to 20:8 Time signature?

I'm putting together this marimba piece through my iPad with an app called Notion. The difficulty of this app, is that the highest ratio I can get is 16:64, which is not the time signature I can use. The song I am composing is Bohemian Rhapsody towards the end, with the slow down. The part for 20:8 I need is straight eighth notes for one measure before it goes right back into 4:4. The way the music goes is a slight piano crescendo and slow down with the solo, before the final lines of "Nothing really matters, anyone can see, nothing really matters, nothing really matters to me." I'd also like a bpm for that section too, please. Thank you :)

How to use if in HTML 5?

Hello all,

Is there some if statement for HTML 5 becuz I was programming at a younger age with Visual Basic and c++ and my dad has his own business, which many ppl fill in forms to get an answer with what thing they should buy.It has many text boxes like name DOB etc.and there is a email he sends back, is there a way to say if… Happens then a web page will come up with ananswer or an email will be sent to their account? So in their inbox they get an email with an answer. Like you should get this… And how would I type in in HTML/ HTML 5 and if possible how would I get it integrated with CSS?

Please help I would like to make my dad proud.

How to make 2 videos 1 (Read Description)?

I have two videos I wish to make one. Picture a rectangle as the screen, half of the rectangle is the first video and the other half is the second video so there is two videos on one screen, splitting the screen in half. I want to do this because I am creating a film where one actor plays two characters and there is a scene in which both characters are in. I don't mind using an Apple app for iPad or downloading a free software into my computer. Help ?
