How to erase and restore an ipad?

I bought an Ipad off of craigslist and it isn't erased/restored. I can't reach the seller and I don't have the apple id info to erase it. Is there anything I can do to get it set up under my apple ID or am I just out of luck?

IPAD and CHARGER Problems?

I'm having trouble with my iPad and my charger, let me give you all the details:
Charges very slow, even with a different charger head and cord. I left it charging at night it was at 15 percent (8:00) am, and when I woke up (9:47) pm it was at 60 percent! It was suppose be at 100. My iPad never took that long to charge and I know because it never did that before. Btw that's not my only slow charge problem.
And now the problem with my original charger is this, if I were to plug it in, it would hesitate with the iPad in other words it will charge and stop charging, charge and stop charging every single second no matter what port I plug it into.
Last thing is is: while it's charging, sometimes wether I restart my iPad or wether I'm doing something while it's charging, it will discharge instead of charge up, say like I'm on it while it's charging for a slight minute, it will discharge instead of charge up.

Anyone know how to set up a hp 7510 printer without internet?

I have a friend who previously connected his printer to a Apple airport base station and used an hp app on his iPad and iphone to print, however he just changed providers and has to wait a week before the next provider service known kicks in and he noticed that he can no longer print over his own local airport network., his devices, including a galexy phone simply can not see the printer and he had no idea that his local network required his airport base station to be actively online, anyone have a soution

What should I buy: An ipad mini 2 or Kindle Fire?

Idk the kindle is less expensive, but also idk. I heard that college students get free kindle book, but I looked and they still aren't free. I have a macbook air, ipod touch, and an android phone that doesn't let me get apps anymore. I'm conflicted.
