Transferring games and apps from one iPad to another?

Is it possible to take one iPad that has fully purchased games such as 'The Walking Dead' and 'The Wolf Among Us' amongst other things like apps and transfer them all to a brand new iPad (without needing to buy them all again)?

Which are the best best notebooks for programming?
Added (1). i am cs student and need a notebook for mobility. It won't be my main computer as ill do most heavy work on my home pc. Therefore i am not interested in extremely high specs. What i want it to have though is extremely high quality screen. (my eyes tire pretty quickly on some notebook screens (f.e. Lenovo g 500 i got stuck with yesterday tired me after 3-4 h of use. And yes its screens fault because i can spend hours without rest on my 4k 27inch display and at iPad display).
Added (2). it should have high resolution, ppi, little to no glare, no backlight bleed, and its black should be very close to real black. As i said i dont really care about other specs. Even battery life not too important.

at this point i am thinking of a macbook since i love apple ipad screen and want to play with ios app development to learn more and I've heard while it can be done on windows its better on os x.Though I've never owned apple pc before and am accustomed to windows.
Added (3). (does os x lack anything major in programming that windows has?)
any suggestions appreciated. Please state your reasons for suggesting a model though.

Ipad mini photos taking a lot of space?

My ipad mini "photo library" is taking so much space but i only have about 70 photos and one video which was only a minute long in my ipad. I deleted them right after i backed it up into my computer. I need help to figure this out! Thank you!
Added (1). its taking up 10.6 GB but i dont knpow why exactly, i have icloud turned off

How to get rid of ads?

I use my Ipad for internet browsing and one thing I love to do is watch movies/shows on it, but lately I found websites are infested with ads that make the page load slow, some don't let you see the page till you click something and they overall make the whole internet browsing experience a real nuisance.
My biggest problem right now is a delayed add that lets the page load for an indefinite amount of time (up to 12 minutes! It redirects in the middle of the video) and then redirects me to some cheap website.
If anything, is there a solution to this type of add?
Remember, this is on tablet, so there's no addblock or noscript.

Im Struggling with my life?

Right so i like this girl, we have gone out before… Now i like her again ( and she knows i do) she seems to be chatting up mymate, so like im kinda heart broekn a tad:/ als i got my phone and ipad taken off me so i have no way of speaking to her basically… Also i have a exam in 2 weeks time and im stressing so much for it. Then i have my dad… Me and him arent getting on so well and its really annoying me, its ended up that last night he threw his ipad at me, So today i tried to take a break, walk off somewhere and relax… All i could think about was this girl though:/ i know where abouts she lives but not the house. Im planning on giving up my hopes and just trying to ignore my dad and revise:/ any suggestions on what i should do is much appreocated:)

What should i buy, an ipad or a drawing tablet?

Please help me! I dont know what to buy, i like the ipad (not to draw on it though) but i like the drawing tablet too! I just got straight A's and my dad wants to award me with something, so im unsure what to get. Please take note that i HAVE NO CLUE how to draw at all. And i want to be an artist just like my dad:) so what do you guys think?

I have forgotten the passcode to my iPad, I still know the my password to the Apple Store if that helps, and I'm not sure if it's conected to my laptop or not. What do I do? How do I open it?

Why do caucasian British men feel entitled to spread their legs on the tube?

I encounter this on a daily basis in London. White men, usually dressed in a suit, spread their legs wide open blocking other seats. Often they will be reading a paper or using their ipad. I find it both disturbing and rude and it makes me wonder why so many men are inconsiderate to other people?
