Do I have to have a data plan if I get an iPad with data?

Say i buy an iPad off craigslist that is an ipad wifi+data.Do I have to pay monthly for the data or can i just turn off all the data and use wifi only?

Router help from techies!

I currently have a Belkin N150. I stream Hulu and Netflix off of my PS3 and I have 3 Apple products. MacBook Pro, iPad 2, and iPhone 4S.My router is constantly giving me problems.My Internet often only works in a wired connection. Or I can only use wifi on one item at a time. I live in a 550 sq ft apt so range isn't an issue. I often try to connect to wifi on my phone and it doesn't work.It says I have wifi but really doesn't. Same issue with my MacBook as well. I'd like to know if anyone knows what the issue could be. I've considered getting a new router, perhaps an Airport Express, but I don't want to waste the money if the issue can be solved in another way.

So I got this ipad for Xmas 2012 and just today I must of knocked it off my bed when I was asleep but is have done it a few times before.In anyways I was about to listen to some music when I noticed that the volume button wouldn't move at all then I realised that the volume icon was still up on the screen fully down. When I took a look at the button it was jammed on low volume and trying to push it down at the top wouldn't work either, can this be fixed? My mam isn't that wealthy and I would be devastated if she had to buy a new one, can any one help?
Added (1). To D MCc I am only 13 years old and I don't expect my mam to buy EVERYTHING I break. That's obviously what your thinking. I do not have a job to save up to buy an ipad and I can't do paper rounds either. If that is all u came to say don't bother replying

How to delete all music off iPad 2?

I have an IOS 6.1 and I don't want any music on it anymore.
I don't want to reset my iPad nor do I want to go through each individual song and delete them.Is there anyway I can just select all the music without having to plug it into a computer to delete it all?

I want to set up my iMessages on my iPad but it won't allow me to add a phone number, it will only allow my email. On my Mac, I can enter an email as well as a phone number. Can I do that from my iPad? Help! Thank you :)

Icloud backup " this ipad has not been backed up in 5 weeks.backup happen when this ipad is plugged in, locked and connected to wifi" however when i am trying to click on the Ok button this message is not disapearing.i am unable to swith ipad off also as when i slide over this option there is no reaction.

How should I tell her not to stay in my room?

I'm 16.My mother stays in my room for around 5 hours a day and I hate it. She doesn't give me much privacy to do my own things and there was one time I told her I didn't like her in my room too much, she made a fuss about it and scolded me for the entire day. She has her own room but she doesn't go there. I'd just like some time alone and I'm not getting it. All I'm asking is just for her not to stay in my room for the entire day. She just plays with her iPad in my room.

I want to tell her I want some privacy and that I don't like her in my room too much, but I don't want it to sound too rude because she's really oversensitive. And clearly, I couldn't do homework or any other things because the noises from her iPad games distract me.So any suggestions as to how I can tell her?

Should is sell my ipad 2 and get an iPad mini?

The microphone on my iPad is busted and i can no longer use it for Skype which is really irritating. I was wondering if i should sell my Ipad 2 64GB Wifi + Cellular for an Ipad Mini 64GB Wifi + Cellular which is £429 or try and save up and get the Ipad 4 64Gb Wifi + Cellular for £559.

I use my Ipad to type documents, surf the web, look at videos, skype and games. I usually carry my ipad around with me 3-4 days a week.My ipad 2 is not very hard to hold but it is a tad too heavy to have in the hand for a long time. But my friend has the ipad 4 and it seems to be much more heavier and thicker than the ipad 2 but the new features seem pretty cool. The ipad mini however seems more convenient for travel purposes, seems to be a much better form factor and is highly recommened by Tech Firms such as Tech Radar and T3 but im afraid it may be too small and im not that bothered about the Retina Display.

So if anyone owns an iPad Mini or iPad 4 please leave in the comments which device would be suitable for my concerns.

Ipad 3 apps won't download stuck on 'waiting'! Help much needed!

Okay so I downloaded this app and I realised after 5 mins that it was still on the waiting stage and that it wasn't going to install.So I tapped it ( coz I thought if I pause it and resume it, it might work) but when I tapped it, it wouldn't pause.So what I did was I deleted it and installed another app the same thing happened it was stuck on the waiting stage.So I rebooted the ipad still didn't work I shut it down and switched it back on that didnt work I signed out of my apple account and back in to it that didn't work either I waited for a while and installed another app it is still stuck on waiting!
I really need help guys
Any advice anything! (That helps )

I need advice I feel confuse/ mix emotions about my gf?

My girlfriend is in a lot of debt (credit cards) she just pays the minimums and her credit line is max out
it is mainly because of her lavish spending's and she also buys her ex boyfriend everything he wants (new gadgets/ cellphone ipad and stuff) and vacation trips.and they broke up

now were together, everytime we go out i pay for everything, buy her stuffs, including eating out with her friends i pay all
and now shes asking me a highend cellphone (i dont know if i should give her)

i feel stupid.im not asking a return for what i spend on her, its just that.out of everything ive given her (about $1.5k) she just gives me love letter cards and the most i can think of was a $5 clothe

Really annoying underlined ads?

I've started getting these underlined, blue adverts for thinks like 'FREE IPAD' etc, the normal crap.
I searched it up and got AdBlocker & AdBlocker Plus to try and get rid of it and it did go away. But now its come back! I've checked Adblocker to see if it is working and it is.

How do I get rid of them for good.

How to download songs (not on iTunes) to my music library using an iPad?

There is an app I have that uses music. Only from the music app that was automatically installed in the iPad. The song I needed wasn't on iTunes and I really need it. I don't have a computer with iTunes installed on it because my mum didn't want it on the computer. I tried using Video2mp3. But it didn't work.So, is their any website that allows you to download songs to your music library that you can use on the iPad? And that doesn't need a bunch of un necessary requests like you need a phone number or something? Most websites wouldn't work because I needed a computer.
