What does apple do to useless apps in the apple store?

I recently downloaded this stupid apps in the apple store and paid $0.99 for it only to find out that it doesnt work on my ipad and always crashes.Is there a way to take back my $0.99? I mean this app is a hoax. Why do apple let these developers upload their apps in the app store with their worthless apps? Im sure im not the only one who lost their money on crappy apps in the app store.

Voice changing app like in AntFarm?

I was wondering if there was an app that you can change what people say just like in ant farm. Like if I said hi I dogs pad cars I could change it to iPad hi dogs car. Any iPod/iPhone apps?

How to get videos onto my ipad? they wont go onto itunes and i have a windows laptop?

I need to put films on because i want to watch them offline.
i have tried copying and pasting and dragging the files to itunes but it comes up with a no entry sign.
i have a windows laptop so i cannot download certain software.
any help whether useful or not would be appreciated.
i try to use converters but they cost to buy the full version.
i am not looking to spend any money on software.

URGENT! From January-April all my calendar events have deleted?

I just went to look at my calendar app on my iPad and for January to April all of the events have deleted, i desperately need it back because it has all my important appointments and dates on it.
