How to get internet using Ethernet Cable?

I know there are programs such as connectify or virtual router to share the internet i get from the Ethernet cable but at night my sister comes home from work and needs to use the internet so i have to disconnect my laptop using the Ethernet Cable so she can plug it into her laptop.

I know that a router will solve the problem but I don't know when my mom will buy the router. I am happy in the afternoon because all i have to do is plug in my laptop to the ethernet cable and then use connectify to get internet for my iphone and ipad but at night i don't have it since i can get connectify to work on my laptop since it is not hooked up with the ethernet cable

How can i make the ethernet cable work whenever someone has the ethernet cable plug into their laptop? Oh and my sister does not want me to download any programs that is why i can't download connectify on her laptop

Can you also recommend some cheap good working routers?

Syncing iCloud Notes?

I just got an iPad mini. I also have an old iPod touch 4 that I still use quite frequently, usually for jotting down the occasional note.

I want to sync my iPad and iPod notes together using iCloud, but I want to make sure that when I do so, the notes from the two devices will be pooled in different categories: iPod notes and iPad notes. For an example of an iCloud feature which does NOT do this - Photos. All photos are backed up, indiscriminately, into the Photostream, and you cannot sort them by the device that took them.

If I register an iCloud account so I can have my notes synced, will the notes separate?

Why does my internet connection keep dropping while gaming?

One month ago I started playing league of legends (online computer video game) at home and the connection was going fine for the most part but just two days ago my mom and sister came back from their vacation in India and suddenly league of legends started lagging a lot.My sister is basically on the iPad all day and my mom is always watching TV and on the other computer. Could this be causing my internet connection to drop during gaming? If so, how do I prevent it?

I'm going to college in 2 weeks anyway but I would like to know if there are any quick fixes I can do to play league of legends before I leave… because basically right now it's impossible…

How to protect my ipad documents?

In my quest to write a book I have decided to purchase an iPad mini and a keyboard to go along with it. I have very bad luck and I'm also very clumsy. I'm afraid my iPad will get lost, stolen, destroyed or all of thee above. With my luck it will all happen on the last chapter.So my question to you all is, how can I protect said documents from any crazy scenario thrown my way? Thank you :]

Do I have a good life?

I won't be surprised if I get a bucket of hate on this or people telling me I'm a spoilt *** hole but I doubt things sometimes and I think I have a crap life but I just want to hear it from someone else that my life is good. I live in Southern England in a semi detached house with my mum and my brothers, I have my own room and my birthday is coming up. I have an iPhone 4 and I'm ordering a new laptop in a few days.At the age of 7 I did modelling for Tommy Hilfiger and received £1000.00 but as we were short of money my mum used it and I am getting it back soon and with that I'm gonna buy a bunch of makeup and an iPad. I pretty much get everything I ask for eventually. Either from my dad or my mum and I have two birthdays and two Christmases! My oldest brother is at university and my youngest brother is leaving to a basketball academy soon. I am getting my hair done and braces soon and I will also yet again start doing modelling.In the future, I would like to move to LA to become a famous lawyer! Does my life sound good to you?

Why do I feel so guilty about this?

So I like to get up early and get stuff done and this morning I set an alarm on my iPad for 08:00 but I instead woke up at around 10 because my brother took it without asking to set his own alarm. I should've gotten up when I woke up naturally but I just lay there till noon because I couldn't be bothered getting up and now I feel very guilty about that.

Screen names and passwords?

I have a desktop, laptop and a IPad. I thought I had the same screen name and password for each item. Now, all of a sudden, I can get on my desktop and laptop, but my pad says it is the wrong password. How can this happen and how to correct. Another thought… can these items each have a different name and password and operate in the same household.
