Ipad deleted all my photos how can I recover them?

My boss finally got an ipad but failed to never set up icloud or download itunes on his computer. He was using the Microsoft word app when he was trying to download some photos from his ipad to his to computer, he deleted some multiple pictures then all of of a sudden his camera roll and photo albums disappeared. His albums are there just empty along with his camera roll. How can he recover them? Note again: he failed to create an icloud account and does not have itunea downloaded on his computer… Maybe now he will listen next time…

Stupid iOS 8 update messed up my iPad?

I have an iPad 2. It is not jail broken, and I do not want it to be. All I want to know, is one of two things. One, is there any possible way to reinstall iOS 7? If not, then if I just factory reset it, will it go back to iOS 7? Also, if I do factory reset it, if I have the iPad backed up to iCloud and to my computer, just what exactly will NOT be re downloaded? Like, will every one of my pictures still be there? Or, I have this app called Locked Apps, and it's where I write my book. Will that still be there? What about apps that don't exist anymore like iTube? Will all of my notes still be there? Any positive/helpful response is appreciated. Thank you.

Did I do the right thing? - 2

I've been talking to this guy for almost 2 years. At the beginning he asked me out and I said no because I wasn't sure about him. Hes 41 and he lied about his age telling me he was 31 along with other stupid lies. Then, he'd text me non-stopping acting all sweet and then one day we started having sex and it was great. I got mad because I thought he was using me and I told him to move on that I wanted him out of my life and blocked his number. 5 months later he txtd me from another number and we've been seeing each other every week since. He'd act like he is my bf, asking me if I'm seeing other guys, he also bit me and left a bruise inside my thigh. Hes very weird and insecure. He tells me that his penis is small this and that and it makes me feel really bad. However, sex is good but I don't know why he's so insecure. I'm 23 and I really like him but his behavior is just bizarre. Anyone? Also, I told him that I was done and that I wanted to move on more time and he pretended not to hear it and asked me if my ipad got fixed and hung up on him. Then, he txt me saying I'm sorry I'm going to miss your company and also saying please but I think he's seeing someone else and I told him to stop texting me because I was going to block his number. But chances are that he'll change his number to start new again

Should young children have electronics?

I actually find this kind of disgusting to see pre-tods/toddlers/etc having their face glued to an ipad or a phone, I was raised old fashioned (like I didn't have a phone till I was 14 but I could only call my parents) sure I had a game boy and play station as a kid but every time we went out wither it was to the park or shopping or dinner we weren't allowed to bring out portable electronics, when we were out of the house all we would bring were the shirts on our backs and maybe allowance money (and yu-gi-oh cards if we were looking to duel some kids) I honestly don't think kids should have these addictive gadgets, I think its bad for their tiny brains, what happened to the good old days? When it was okay to be bored, when it was okay if your kid is being a brat to whoop them on the tooshy and parents will congratulate you for showing your kid discipline? I know I'm not that old but I really like the old fashion ways of parenting.
Added (1). I am in no way trying to tell people how children should be raised, as I left comments in the answers I volunteer at a CDC and there are a lot of kids that look like they are having withdrawals when they have their gadgets taken away, and these are SCHOOL AGERS, it makes me sad:C

So been thinking of getting iPad or a Kindle Fire. IPads are usually more and I dont wanna pay as much but hear both of them are a little different,

Heres what I what I'm looking to do with one of these:
I know you can have an iPad have iTunes and watch movies through that. Can you do the same with the Kindle Fire?

I have a few movies I downloaded to my PC. Can you transfer these movies to the kindle/iPad so you watch them on the go?
