Someone said they would get me a ipod touch 5th gen, ipad mini, kindle fire, or a nexus 7. I am not sure what to pick! Could someone tell me what is the best?

How to not be afraid of the dark?
So its nightime right now and im 13 and i need to keep my ipad on and im very scared idk i feel like someone or something is behind me and as its dark i cant see that well idk why i feel like this maybe becuase my sister and dad love scary films and i wanted to watch them with them trust me i have watched alot and i just get so scared and if i haear any noise i feel like someone is there? im just scared that they are there nothing else???

How to update my IPad 1? - 1
I'm trying to buy the ABCFamily app and it says that I need to update my IPad. I looked at Apple.com and it said to go to Settings<General<Software Update and that was it but when I went to my general settings and it didn't have a Software update option.Am I totally missing it or is it different because it's a iPad 1? Please help!

Backup my iPad onto my laptop?
Okay so I got an iPad from my school about 5 months ago now and my school have given me about 50 apps but hardly any storage space. I tried to back it up onto my computer about 3 months ago but my iPad then locked itself and I couldn't get onto it until my school technician put in the password.No one that I've spoken to seems to have the same problem so I was wondering if anyone has had the same problem? It says something like "Unauthorised computer cannot continue backup" So I made sure I authorised the computer and still nothing? I have deleted most of my photos to make some space because right now I'm using icloud but icloud is awful so I'm going to have to try the computer again. I have an iphone linked to the same apple ID so maybe I don't have enough space on my itunes? I think that might be the case, if so how do I serperate the itunes on my phone and ipad so I have enough room? Sorry for so many questions it's just I'm going on holiday this Sunday and I would like to take some pictures and download some books but I don't know if I'll have enough storage. Thank you for your time and help.

Back pain issues, any advices?
Hi,I'm 14 years old, I never play sport and I usually use ipad so I bend to it… Same when I study, so I'm beginning to feel a light pain in my back, not too sharp..I don't know how to describe it, a little pain and a feeling of being uncomfatable when sitting, I have to go and lay down a bit to get rid if that feeling, so is there any simple solution? I repeat, the pain isn't too sharp

What shall i do about her?
Ive asked this question before
My cousin is soooo annoying! She never listns to anyone and shes such a spoiled brat. Her older sister thinks that my annoying cousin and her are perfect!
The other day they came round and we were all sitting in the living room (her family and mine) and my ipad was on the table (it was charging) and she comes up to me and says "Taybah, can i go on your ipad?" and she said it really rudley. And then i said umm no I just put it on charge so sorry you can play on it next time. And then she just un pluuged the charger from the ipad and took it!
I looked at my mom Angrily because she knows i dont like my couins and my mom just shook her head at me.So earlier on before my cousins came i was reading about if you should fast ramadan during your period and it was still opened up and when my cousin went on the internet she read out loud about the preiod stuff and she said it in front my uncle and dad and brother! And then she said really rudley " Whats period and why were you searching it up? it sounds soo weird!" and that REALLY EMBBARRSED ME! Shes 9 im 14 nearly 15 her sister is 11. Once she came to my house and i locked myself in my room to do a school project and she somehow unlcoked the door and came barging in for no reason! She stepped on a bit of my project and i shouted at her a little not actually getting that angry and she goes running and screaming to my mom that i pushed her! And then she got my mom and me into an argument and after a while i heard her mutter "it was a rubbish project anyway i can do much better" to herslf. SHES JUST SO ANNOYING!
Plz dont say u will just have to live with that or try talking to somebody about it because i cant! im not being moany or fussy or complaining i just thought if i asked other peole they might give a wise answer.

Ipad 3rd generation help?
Okay so last night I went to go on app store on my 3rd generation ipad(1 year old). and the app store wouldn't work, heres what popped up: cannot connect to iTunes store. I thought that was kinda weird because safari is working just fine and I have no problems with safari.then I checked in settings to see if I was connected to my home Wi-Fi(it was connected). then I checked all the other apps that required internet(facebook, vine, pandora, oovoo). None of them would work. Now I'm very worried. What could this be??? thanks

Do you really believe rape is a form of psychopathy?
So many men claim rapists are wired differently and do not represent the general population of men. (I am talking about male rapists here, not female ones).
While I would love that to be true, I, am leaning towards the theory that, given the right circumstances, many men are capable of rape. Just as, given the right circumstances, even sane people are capable of murder.
The way I see it, instances of gang rape support my theory. Recently it came to light that a 16 year old was raped by 10 to 20 young men. We're they all psychopaths?
Or is this story not more indicative of a culture of exploitation rather than mental illness?

Please do not think I am having a go at men specifically, because, as I said, human beings of both genders are capable of great evil if the circumstances are right.
The reason I am posting this is because I am worried that, by dismissing rapists as being mentally ill, we risk ignoring the factors that turn normal men (and women) into rapists, and so stop taking steps to fight the problem.
Please forgive errors, am, on iPad.
Added (1). EDS I should make it clear that I do not believe most men will go onto rape, I just think it happens too frequently to be the result of genuine mental illness alone.
Added (2). Eds @robot - am only not including female rapists in this scenario because I do not know much about the subject. For example, when was the last time you read about 20 women gang raping a boy? I know women do rape though, but I see few women on here blaming psychopathy for their crimes.Do you see?
