Regarding a police FIR filed by me. Please guide?

My iPad has been stolen, I filed an FIR in a police station. Police did an investigation in this case and submitted report in Court, telling they did not found the iPad, now I am receiving notices from court, asking me to appear in court and let them know if I want to proceed with investigation or close the case, I once went went to court but nothing happened, than I again received a notice. Tell me what is my mistake, firstly I lost my iPad, now why should I go to court just to close the case, I dont want anything, just want peace in my life. Court is imore than 25 kms away from my place. :(
Added (1). Does it really matter if I don't appear in court even after repeated notices as I am not the one who did any crime.
Added (2). This case is in India, I request you to please answer accordingly.

Is space necessary on an iPad?

So I'm planning on buying an iPad for my husband for Christmas and I've been looking at the iPad air and there's the one with 16 and 32gb. The 32 is 100 dollars more than the 16 one so my question here is the space really necessary or would it be alright to get the 16 one? Because 100 dollars for another 16 I feel like I can spend that money on something else but not sure since I'm not into this tech stuff so what do you think? Is the 32 gb is worth it?

I could go to jail. Who is wrong?

Back in 2012 an ex friend of mine broke into my car and stole my iPad. My boyfriend then kept badgering me about the situation, telling me I wasn't doing anything about it, insulting my character, almost calling me a pu55y for not retaliating. This went on for months. Finally, I grew tired of being insulted by my boyfriend and went to the guys home to confront him and we ended up fighting. I was arrested and ordered to pay restitution. Is this situation my boyfriend's fault or was it completely on me?

I want to install a ipad into the dash of my car just wondering if it would be illegal to operate it while driving like just leaning over and changing songs. I'ts basically the same as a headunit that's the purpose it would be serving and you can operate that while your driving

How to put files into ipad?

My friend recently got a new ipad and he wants me to send him some pictues alog with some other files but it's not simple like regular window's devices. I checked online and downloaded itunes and sync the device but still not about to transport the files into there. Can anyone help me and explain to me how to do it?

Identity theft is what I'm being accused of but I did nothing?!

I need help. I was arrested for identity theft. My ex boyfriends mom put a warrant out for my arrest. She stated that I had used her social to put an iPhone and an iPad on her verizon account without her consent. Which I know is not true. She went with me to put the phone on her account and then her and my ex went in and got the iPad on her account for me which I knew nothing of. I spent 26 hours in jail. I go to court next month. Can I be proven guilt?
