WILL I GET IN TROUBLE?! Help?

okay so i have to do this poster for my dad's work and i found a poster to use as inspiration. Heres the link to it: http://www.safetypostershop.com/industrial-safety-posters/safety-is-a-full-time-job/
so i used part of the quote and the clock idea. I worked on it for a week or two and i finished tonight and i looked at the link again and i noticed it looks very similar! I didnt even mean to make it look alike!
so my dad is trying it tomorrow(its due) and im wondering if i am breaking copy right or something! What do i do if i do? Also these things are getting shipped to be judged and the winner gets an Ipad,. I dont think ima win tho. Will i get in trouble. Im only 14 i didnt mean for it to look so alike but im out of time to change it!so heres my poster…WILL I GET IN TROUBLE Help
