Wrong album covers on iPad but in computer there correct?

I have looked up how to fix this and none of the answers work like on iTunes on my computer it has the right album covers but on my Ipad it's the wrong pic and i don't know how to fix it:((((((((

I'm a highschool student who is a digital artist, I'm looking for a laptop and a compatible drawing tablet. Any suggestions?

I'm not new to digital art, but I've never owned my own laptop or a drawing tablet before. I currently draw on my iPad I got in 2013, and it's getting old.

I'd like to upgrade to a laptop and a drawing tablet. However, I'm on a tight budget. I'd also like some good quality devices that can last me 4 years. What laptop and drawing tablet would be the most ideal?
