IPad stylus suggestions?

I'm looking for a stylus for an iPad Air. I. Want it to be fine point but also Rubber because I take a lot of notes. I jut bought the Bamboo Stylus fine line but I don't like it because the tip is plastic like and it makes noises when i lift up the pen and place it back down on my iPad. Any suggestions?

What's the best cheap(er) iPad alternative for young kids?

I have a toddler who loves to watch movies. We travel a lot (commuting daily) so movies in the car saves me from hours of crying, Its also a good distraction when we are out and about and she gets super bored.

Up till now I have been using my hubby's iPad because that is what we have all her movies on, but my husband really wants his iPad back so he can take it to work and such.

I'm looking for some kind of device that will play her (digital) movies. I don't care what else it does. Music might be nice too for later on.

I didn't want to pay a whole lot ($100 or less) since its just for her, but I don't want something that is going to break in six months either.

The only requirements I'm looking for are:
plays videos
has decent sound
isn't easily broken (no flip-tops and such)

Downloaded videos didnt fully played?

So i've downloaded videos from mediafire on my ipad but i can only watch the first few minutes of the video. Can somebody tell me what is the problem and how to fix it

Why has iOs8 not installed?

So yesterday, I stayed up for an extra hour to install iOS 8. When it had finally finished 'downloading' I noticed there was nothing new on my iPad, like the health app. So I went onto the updates section again and the iOS 8 update was still there - and the previous attempt had taken up 900MB of space! I have an iPad 2 if that's anything to do with it. If anyone could tell me why this has happened it would be appreciated. Thanks x:)
Added (1). PS: I had enough storage space to download it in the first place.
