If I got an iPad, can I have internet automatically?

What I mean is, when I buy an iPad, can the thing already have wifi? I'm not a whiz in computers, but I want to know that if I get one that I just go to nearest wifi access and that's it. Or do I have to get it programmed with some internet browser?

Ok so for my 8th grade graduation I get the choice of getting a tablet or a laptop. Im leaning towards a tablet so I can play games and stuff bc I already have a computer… I really like apple products, but I don't know which ipad to get. Im thinking either an ipad mini or one of the older ipads bc I don't want anyone to be spending tons of money on it. Which one should I get?

The apps on my iPad won't load?

So my iPad has these apps that say loading all of the sudden and I don't know why I tried deleting other apps thinking it's because I do t have enough space but it's still going on. I try to click on them and nothing happens. It won't even let me delete them. Please tell me how to get them working again
