My team has been playing Fortnite together and we want to be able to play on the bus, easiest way to use an iPad or computer as a monitor?

We would use our phones as mobile hotspots but need a way to use a portable monitor without lugging a mini tv or monitor around, what is the easiest/most simple way to do this? We have upwards to 8 hr bus trips so this would be huge
