What is the best way in a timely manner to obtain this vehicle?

My dad was giving me a car before he passed. His relative came to TX, drove him to NJ (before he left, he had signed the title to me (the actual document). He went from the car to life support when he arrived at his mothers driveway, and died a few days later. After I went up there to make life decisions for him, I came back home, explained everything to the DMV, and had the title put in my name.

My grandmother is refusing to release the car, and has it in a gate at her house in NJ. She claims she HEARD there’s a will that is being probated in 30 days (it’s been nearly 60 days since his death, so I doubt that). My dad was stubborn, and never signed anything while he was living. He did not have any real property or assets to make a will with, (He lived in a apartment with only a couch). The only thing he had to his name was this car (which he recently purchased last year) and a iphone/ipad.

I've tried to contact the police in both states to file a stolen vehicle report, but they claim since its my grandmother (family), and since I put the title in my name after he died, its a civil matter. So I think this heard there's a will is a bluff to scare law enforcement/delay things.

He was never married, I am his only child (heir), and his last known residence was in TX. It shows in the death certificate, and the car was purchased in TX. The value of the car is in excess of $10,000.

I also had a attorney send her a certified demand letter, which she has not responded to.

How does my teacher see me? - 1

I'm 16 and she is 37. I'm a bit clumsy around her and she always laughs and adores me (a little). I always am usually the last one to leave class and I just have short conversations with her. Alot of people say I act like her son for some reason. I always use her ipad to play games and occasionally her phone if she didn't bring her ipad. She makes me run some simple errands for her like putting her paperwork in another class (because she has two different classrooms) She always says after I'm about to leave "Ooh Travis" in mother way

What should I save up for?

So basically my parents by me something expensive that i want using their credit card and i pay off $40 p/week and I have just about payed off my iPad ($89 left) i want to get something else but i'm not sure what! I don't just want to put money aside into savings because i don't trust myself because i can pretty much get it out whenever and I don't want to waste all my money on food. I have already bought a phone, laptop and an ipad, I dont want a smart watch cause i got a normal watch for christmas and i dont really like ps3/4. Any suggestions are appreciated:) thank you

Getting over a fuckboy?

okayy so i know it was a while ago (about a month) but i'm thinking about it now
and since school just started a few weeks ago here in aus, i'm still so pissed off at this fuckboy
i hooked up with (tbh just made out and slept on the couch) nothing sexual,
that party i was stoned, not to justify any reason why i'd do anything with him, but as a person with a lot of morals i wouldnt even go near a guy if i knew he was a fuckboy but this night after drink after drink that he gave me, literally he'd open one can take a sip give it to me, plus i was stoned. Earlier that night this girl gave him a bj as everyone says and makes fun of him for, later that night when people started going home,
and everyone ended up sleeping in all the rooms it was just me and him on the couch, snuggling together and making out he asked me if i wanted to do other stuff and i said no as 1.) i didn't know him, i mean i knew of him as we are in the same year level and go to the same school, 2.) not that he would know of but i'm still a virgin and would hate to loose it to a ******** smooth talker that gets with everyone. The minute i declined he was like oh wtf and then slowley just moved away,
it's not the fact that he used me, but after he said that it made me feel so ashamed that i didnt do anything with him…
and then coming back to school every girl likes him and thinks his so nice so it pisses me off even more.

how do i get over it? Like i know it's not a big deal but it was my first kiss too:/

How to change the password on my Applie iPad?

When I open the device, it asks me for a password. I want to change it. How? I've looked through the "Settings" icon and can't seem to find anything that leads to this.

BLOOD CLOT IN BRAIN?!

Sunday my sister hit me super hard in the eyebrow area with an iPad mini, At the moment it hurted like hell. It still hurts but not as much and only when I touch it. I didn't pass out or experience any symptoms of a blood clot or anything. But is it possible I have one? Will I know if I have a blood clot?

tend to overthink a lot and my mom ep told be I'm sort of a hypochdriac xD, I just want to be safe. So do you think I'm fine or just overthinking it?

I was thinking about buying it later on this month but I'm not sure. I've been checking the specs and feature it has but I have problem with the price. Do you think it was worth it. Which memory is suitable for me? 128gb or 32gb. Please give me a feedback

Mom comes over and takes my children, acceptable?

My mom lives around the corner. She is a control-freak and has always thought she is my kid's mother. We have a newborn and a toddler plus my oldest from a previous marriage. The child she manipulates is my oldest, mostly. We were in the den caring for the baby and my son disobeyed us and called her someway via his iPad. All the sudden, we noticed that she pulled up to our house and my son ran out the door into her car and she took him. He nor she never asked our permission an in fact, we told him he isn't going to her house (dont ask) and to get off the phone. He screamed and threw a fit. I chastised her via text telling her she nor he got permission and I was not allowing her to take my child. She has ignored my texts. Was this acceptable behavior? What can I do?
Added (1). My husband is not his real father and he hates him. My mom has brain washed him into thinking she is his mom and he has to stay with her.
Added (2). we even told her he is not going to her place! Period! End of! Instead, she comes onto my property and takes my child without my permission!
Added (3). Oldest is nearly 9. He also lies and will tell her that we said he can stay over there. We distinctly told him get off the phone, you are not going. He EXPECTS and DEMANDS to visit her every single day. She will tell him "next month I have meetings or am going on a cruise and you better stay with me now". My mom was never married or able to have kids and I was adopted. She is in her late 60s and wants to adopt again or foster.
Added (4). she has a clicker for my garage for emergencies, she constantly opens my garage and lets herself in.

Why were some of my apps randomly deleted?

I just decided to update my iPad 2 to the latest version, iOS 9.2.1 yesterday to download this game (Fantasy War Tactics, heard of it?), and wasn't aware of what I'm about to tell you now. I admit I have a lot of apps, but not too many that the storage space is overwhelmed. Just today, as of right now, I checked one of my apps to see that it was not there. Actually, make that quite a few. QUITE A FEW apps were missing, and I don't know if I can ever get my data back by downloading it again… And here I thought the new versions were supposed to be improvements, not FAILURES. I know I did not delete them myself. I've tried rebooting it… But I'm too afraid to make a move by going on to the settings part because if I try to get them back (if I can) with the iCloud backup, things might get even messier. Needless to say, I'm not risking my whole iPad to get those few apps back.
Added (1). I've noticed some new apps like Tips, Find iPhone, and Find Friends downloaded on there. I don't know for positive, but I'm pretty sure that if they had new content in the new version, they still wouldn't have to delete some of my apps for it. That's my theory. I had the required amount of GBS left, so surely they didn't have to delete some of my apps to make room for theirs?! Besides, those new apps seem useless for me.
