Should I get an Ipod 5th Gen, iPad mini or wait?

Hi

Since my birthday is coming up, my dad is buying me either an iPad mini or iPod touch 5th gen.

I already have an iPod touch 4th gen 8gb but I can't fit all my music in or download a lot of apps to it. I like the design of the iPad mini as it's great for reading and for playing games but I also like the new iPod touch the the ability to put more music into it and the camera quality.

Run android apps on ipad?

I know it is possible but how can you play android only apps on a iPod or iPhone, or ipad. I have heard about myriad alien dalvik 2.0 but don't know where to download or how to use, can anyone tell me how or another way. Thanks in advance.

How to over come being homesick?

Hello, my parents are divorced so last year i moved across the country from the west coast to the east coast with my mom and her boyfriend. This summer i decided to go see my dad for four weeks since i haven't seen him in a year, so i flew to the west coast. First off the plane ride was horrible, but when i got here i was exited and stuff but my dad works so i spend the days he is working at my friends they are basically my 2nd family. Well i starting to feel extremely homesick, because its so hot outside for the past 4 days so theres nothing to do so my friends are basically just sitting around the house watching tv or playing on phones and iPads. I'm bored because i'm not really into that kinda of stuff so it gives me all this time to think of home and what i'm going to do when i get back home, in the east coast. I just really want to be at home in the east coast but i still have to be here for 2 or 3 more week. I want to be in my own bed mainly and room and be with my mom and cat. Btw i'm 14 and this is the longest i have ever been away from home. Any advice? Thank you sorry if was confusing and long.

What is a good adventure app for the iPad?

Basically I just got a £25 iTunes voucher for my birthday and I can't find a good adventure game to buy. I am looking for something like machinarium, or tiny bang story, or puzzle agent. Any recommendations?

A broken iPad 3 screen- what are my options?

It completely cracked. And half the touch screen doesnt work, which means I can't even type in my passcode.annnd I'm freaking out.
What I want to know is, can it be fixed? And if it can, how much will it cost me and will I lose any data? And does the fact that my touch screen doesn't work on some areas of the screen mean that I'm facing a bigger problem?
Also, I'm aware of Apple's policy on accidental damage to Apple devices, concerning the replacement of an iPad for half price. And I suck at anything DIY so I don't need any tutorials on replacing the screen myself either.
Any help would be great (:

Fun, Quiet things to do on your iPad?

I'm really bored and I don't know what to do on my iPad? I can't have sound. Any ideas? One more thing: if it is on the Internet, I don't have the adobe flash thing, so it might not work.

Is there an iPad or iPhone app for things to do, see, and explore along routing input?

I am looking for an app that will point out highlights to see and explore along a given route. Things you don't want to miss as you may pass through a town and might not otherwise know about. For example, we would have missed the 100th Anniversary of the Lincoln Highway in Kearney, Nebraska if someone I know hadn't recently talked about the Lincoln Highway and knew we were going through Nebraska. Neither of us, though, knew it was turning 100 years old AND by sheer chance we would be passing by during the celebratory week. Our family does not want to miss out on these kinds of things and there are too many guidebooks that would have to be purchased!
