I've used PC's for 23 years and just bought my first MAC a few days ago. I want to use Excel and Word, but the option is to pay around six dollars a month.

I was on the internet when suddenly another link showed up. I'm guessing it was a pop up ad. But what scared me was when I saw a page. It was called "123freeavatars.com" and it showed the date, my city, the time, and my internet service provider. I don't know what i should do. Am I being tracked? I tried getting vpn but it's expensive.

How do you feel about the fact that most if not all 12 year olds choose their own bed times?

In this day and age, plenty of kids choose their bedtimes. It's perfectly normal. And you know, even if they have bed times chosen for them, they won't listen. Kids nowadays don't need to either. Why go to bed at 8 or 9? Why not live a little? Don't you think they shouldn't have bed times at all?

Any way, parents who send their kids to bed really early; does it make you angry that your efforts are pointless? How do you feel when you send Timmy to bed at 8 and he's up till 12 or 1 in the morning on his phone or iPad? Do you really think you can stop him or change his mind?

Internet isn't working. But iPad is?

I have att Internet and all the lights work fine so the modem works etc. My computer isn't working. Neither is my daughters tablet. When I search wellsfargo on google for example the internet works but when I click the site it doesn't work. When I type in the website it doesn't work. But then I type in YouTube.com and it works. My wife has an iPad and it's been working fine. Should I still call att. It doesn't seem to be the Internet. Has anyone had this issue or does att have a malfunction right now?

I work for a school, we have parents come drive up and then we take their children out to them. We usually use paper to write down the kids names and run it back and forth from outside to inside. My sister has an iPod Touch the last few days the App Store hasn't been connecting if it does it downloads slow. She's heard that Apple has discontinued iPods because kids are more using iPhones and iPads. She's defiantly not getting an iPhone. She has an iPad but she doesn't like it. She thinks she's the only kid who still uses iPods. She needs a new iPod her home button is loose and it's cracked a little on the side. Electric shock from ipad?

This has happened multiple times and I don't know what's going on, my friend was showing me something on her iPad so she walked over and when I touched it gave me a electric shock, and three times it happened and only once it was charging so it wasn't the charger. And I don't know if it's because my hearts faster then most people? But I doubt it, should I take it to get checked? And one more thing is I keep shocking everyone I touch even my dog, so I don't know… Help?

Bloons TD 5 ripped me off, what do I do?

So a few years ago I used my aunt's Apple account to download the game Bloons TD 5, take note that at the time I bought that game, it was available in the Chinese store and it was free.

So I kept the game on my iPad and one day I realised it costs money to buy it now, so I was like "damn yeah, I got the game for free and now you gotta pay for it." So I was happy about how a made a bargain.

But recently I deleted the game and tried to download it again, but I realised I had to switch back to my aunt's account to download it free. So I did that, except now the game is not avaliable in the Chinese store… Like r u mad? You can't just do that Kiwi ninja?! Now I can't get the game unless I switch to the American store, exception can't because I need my aunt's credit card to do that (which I don't have). So technically I still didn't pay for the game, but if you think about it I still deserve to play it. So do I contact the developers or what?

Ipad has 32 GB of Mail storage- how do I delete this?

My Ipad says it is currently storing over 32GB of "documents and data" under the mail app. I don't know how this is possible since my Ipad is not that big, but regardless i want it gone, or at least lessened. How do you access the Apple App Store?

At my school we have school iPads. The have restricted the App Store and we can only use App they put on a self service app downloader. We used to be an,e to take a back door entrance by reinstalling apps from the self service a few years ago. But now I'm getting frustrated I can't download apps. Do any of you know a potential way I can access the App Store to download games. I'm good with technology so please give me ways I can get in.

My laptop won't charge my phone?

Hi! So I just got my new laptop, a MacBook Air, probably a few months ago. Soon after I got it I realize that when I plugged in my iPad via usb cord it would go off and on constantly (off and on as in showing its plugged in then not plugged in) and wouldn't charge it. It would charge my phone just fine and the cord itself is fine, but just today it started doing it with my phone too. I already restarted both my laptop and phone and that didn't help, but my phone is charging fine plugged into the wall. Any ideas of what this could be? Thanks!

My friend only comes over to use my ipad?

I have known my friend since kindergarten and we're freshman in high school now. She lives down the road from me so we hang out almost everyday. She got her ipad taken away from her and she isn't allowed to have a phone. Whenever she comes over she always takes my ipad, or either one of my sister's ipads to go on snapchat and thats all she does until she leaves. Sometimes there isn't enough storage or whatever so then she deleted ALL of my photos from a 3 year span. I deleted snapchat and disabled the appstore from my ipad so that the mext time she came over she would actually hang out with me. This did not work at all as all she did was watch 90210 on Netflix. I tried asking her why she only uses the ipad when she is over and she made up excuses. Does anyone know how i can get her to want to hang out with me or why she could be doing this?

Do i have carpal tunnel syndrome and if so what can I do about it?

symptoms: continuous dull pain around wrist in general, pain at base of thumb every now and again. It's only got bad enough to be noticed in the last 12 hours.
Around about 2 weeks ago for 3 days my thumb kept on twitching, this may be related? I have been stupid and been playing games on my ipad around 8 hrs a day for two weeks during the holidays. I tried tapping my median nerve and the result was a VERY faint needle kind of sensation. It hurts to open doors, push down soap etc. It hurts when I flex my wrist upwards but less if I flex it downwards. Also I'm 13, I know that age is a factor. I have no medical conditions like diabetes etc.

Can't activate iMessage & Facetime on my iPad air Simless version

I have used both these services on the same exact device under the same apple ID and password.
I had both my mobile number and also the apple ID as the usernames. I could send and receive under both these.

But this was a mess. I wanted to use my number only. So I just removed my apple ID from the list of user names and started using just the phone number, on my iPhone. Next, I did the same on the iPad. (iPad air) and then for some reason I had to sign out from iMessages on my iPad. Not immediately, maybe a few weeks later. Maybe after an update.

Now at this moment I was using just the phone number. So I tried to log in to imessages on iPad but it failed saying failed to activate. I typed my apple ID and then my password but it doesn't log in. Says 'Failed to activate'. I thought this was because I removed my email ID from the list on my iPhone earlier. I tried to add that to it but it also failed.

Now I'm stuck because the only option i had for my iPad to use iMessages is to use the apple ID since it doesn't have a SIM. What should I do?

What to bring on airplane?

i know very early but i like to be organized before i head for my vacation in August, but what good things to do at the airport waiting for 3 hours? Yes i know don't say anything i'm from New Jersey but i still have family there and few close friends i still contract to go see every year. Normally i would bring my ipad but i'm saving money to order the ipad mini to save some space and bag won't be heavy also i bring a word search and a adult color book along with my portable charger and this time i bring a reading book so in case my ipad dies but what other things to bring to give you something to do? I usually bring my portable dvd player as well

How can I stop procrastinating?

I have a MAJOR procrastinating problem. I will do ANYTHING not to do homework, even if that means staring at a blank wall. The thing is, I'm COMPLETELY aware of the consequences. I know that if I don't do this today, I will have a so much homework tomorrow and might even stay up till 2 doing it. But you know what, I push it back anyway! I tried having an award thing where if I do this I will get to have so much free time later. Didn't work. I tried setting up a schedule for hhomework. Didn't work. I tried taking small breaks between hws but I end up taking longer breaks than needed. I always tell myself, START EARLY. I tell myself over and over again that I shouldn't push this for later but I do it anyway. I tried everything and I don't know what to do. Oh and I can't work in silence. Silence for me, is like noise to others. I can't concentrate so I usually have my ipad playing some show that I already watched (so that I wouldn't get distracted). I don't need to watch the show itself I just need to LISTEN to it. Bc I just can't work in silence! It bothers me. But music doesn't help bc it distracts me so I rather listen to ppl talking (on the show). My problem is getting started. But once I do I get right into it. I tell myself, just get open the bag and GET STARTED. But I can't. And even if I do, I also find it hard to keep concentrated on the work. I often do easy stuff firat and hard stuff latr. But once the easy stuff is done, I can't bring myself to do the hard stuff help:(

Okay, so a couple days ago, my little sister told me that my cousin had stolen my portable charger from me. I wasn't that surprised because she'd stolen a lot from me before. So, since my little sister was going to my aunts place today, I told her to text me when she found my charger, and my washi tape, and whatever else she stole. This was so my cousin didn't know that we were onto her, because if she did, then she would hide everything and it'd be harder to get back. Now, my cousin's texted me saying that she was the one texting me from my sisters iPad. She said, "I texted you from _____'s iPad. Haha." Now, I want to get my stuff back, but I don't know how to tell her to give it back to me. Is it odd if I go to the same coffee shop for years but don't know their WIFI password and ask for it? What will the workers think if I ask?

I don't use the Internet much when I'm there but I usually just use my LTE on my phone or use my phone as a personal hotspot if I need Internet of my iPad pro. It feels strange having never asked what the coffee shop's WIFI password is.

Where's season three?

I was watching a show on Netflix that I watched a year ago and it had three seasons. The third season was very entertaining but today I finished season two and at the end it didn't say to press play for season three it says rate his title and back to browse?! What happened?! Where is season three? And I searched up and yes there's a season three. I was on my tv and I tried looking on my iPad it wasn't there? What's happening and is there a way I can fix it or watch season three?

My eyesight is getting worse fast!

i'm a 13 year old girl and my eyesight is getting really bad… And really quick too. I was -2.0 about 2-3 years ago and now i'm -3.2 and i feel like it's gotten worse in a span of 2 months? Jesus christ. What do i do? If my eyes are like this by the time i'm 16 i'll have -6 eyesight. I'm considering getting lasik when i can. I can't get it now though so i need more advice as to what i can do right now. I go on my electronic devices a lot my phone, ipad, and laptop. Since it's the break.

Should I repair or buy a new phone?

So I asked this question but I guess I wanted to ask in a different way. I have a trip on the 3rd of Jan and will be taking lots of pics and videos and decided to stick with my iPhone 6. My screen recently cracked though so now I'm debating whether to get a new phone or do a screen repair. The thing with getting a new phone is that even though I'm on a tight budget right now and I only pay monthly I'm still paying a lot in the long run and i don't know how to feel about a 12 or 24mo contract. As for screen repair I also take the risk of it possibly messing up my iPhone (id get it done at a shop but last time I did it on my iPad it started acting up such us not responding to my touch or actually pressing things on screen I didn't touch)

Why is my grandma such a snitch?

She always tells on me even if she was part of it, she bends the truth to get me beat and here's an example, she lets me play on my iPad, and tells me when my mom and dad are home then i put it away but shortly after, she tells on me.
