App that links iPad/iPhone with PC?

I'd like to know if there is any kind of app that links the iPad/iPhone with a PC.
For example, an art app which lets you use the iPad as an input for pen strokes that come up on a PC, if you know what I mean.

What is a good recording device to use in class for a auditory learner?

In the past I used my phone and iPad to recored class sessions. But after using my phone & iPad multiple times from recording, all my data was gone. Is there another recording device I can use that works good? I need to know the name of it and where to buy it. Thank you!

Problems with free college/ university?

1. What about those who had to repeat a year? Two years? Five years? How about second degrees?
If you say that those who take more than X number of years to complete college needs to pay for the extra years- wouldn't that make "less privileged" pay? Doesn't that defeat the original purpose?

2. Does this mean we cannot have for profit or private college anymore?
I am not the only one seeing the toxic combo of for profit + government money right?
What if a college accepts everyone who fits the free college criterias just to scam money out of govt?
What about colleges who bribe students into it (eg: come to XXX and we'll supply you with an Ipad for your educational needs)

3. Useless majors - do you really want the government to fund sociology and gender studies?

4. Dropouts - what if someone decided to drop out after spending two years at college at taxpayers' expense? Do they have to compensate?

If they don't wouldn't that make people less motivated to graduate on time?

How about someone who comes back after dropped out and then drop out again only to come back again? How many times do the taxpayers have to put up with this?

5. Is it fair that those who've not received a college education pays for your college education? (this is a counter argument for those who say that since up to high school is free - why not college - because everyone goes to high school, but not everyone goes to college)

Should I buy a refurbished iPad 3?

Never bought any refurbished products before, now I'm thinking getting an iPad 3 for my grandmother, and I don't have enough savings for a brand new one.
Have you guys used any refurbished products before? If so, could you tell me how they work?

My iPad got disabled?

So my iPad got disabled but my cousin fixed it, the only problem is it says "Hello" (like when you get a new iPad)and Im not sure if all the pictures are still in my iPad. It says backup but I didnt back it up or sync it to any device. Since I didnt back it up in iCloud, should I just Creat new iPad or something? Or should i bring it to the professionals? If i bring it there what will they do?

Can you use go fund me sites to help you out?

Hi I'm just wondering on something. I'm 29 a single father of 2. I split with my ex wife on good terms. I have a job that allows me to pay for the house im in and everything else. But once everything is payed off I seem to only have enough money to only get 2 weeks of food. So I limit myself on what I get… My Ex knows about the situation. But I really would love to buy my kids something great to make them happy… I ain't talking about fancy stuff like Ipads or iphones etc since I do believe giving them to children at a young age is wrong. I want to be able to take them somewhere great to buy them their favorite toys and go the cinema etc… I really do find it hard to do that because I can't even afford to get myself a new phone. Would a go fund me site help or are there other ways to earn abit more money (Not barrow) so I can make my kids happy?
