Which is better? iPad or windows tablet?

I want to buy a tablet for college. Which should i get? I have an iPhone and I love it, I also have an hp laptop for about 5 years know. I know the price differences, (windows is cheaper) windows you can add an SD card, but is there anything else?
What are the pros and cons of each?

Which iPad should i choose?

I have an iphone 5, and i have a laptop but its a big one so not as portable, i dont want the mini ipad, but is the retina ipad better or is the ipad 2 better, i would prefer the retina, but ive heard its not as good, i mainly want it so i can play games and do research, it just seems easier than iphone, thanks

Should I get iPad or Laptop?

I am going to save my money up to ether buy a new laptop or an iPad. The problem with my current laptop is its about 3 years old (not too bad) but the charger port is broken, it has to be taped to stay in.It runs slow, I know I can get this stuff fixed, but i would rather a new one. I travel a lot for soccer so an iPad would be cool for the ride. But i mainly only use my laptop for music, knowing that the laptop i want is 450 and the iPad is 399+20 about equal. Any more pro's or con's on ether? which is your opinion on what i should get.

How to fix scratches and thin cracks on my mini ipad screen?

So I have my ipad in a hard shell case and I lent it to a friend, who managed to hand it back With two large scratches on the screen, they look like cracks but are probobly too thin as they have only the tinyest amount of depth! Is there any way I could fix it without having to buy a new screen? Like a gel or polish?

DNS probelms on my ipad?

Yesterday I wanted to get the american netflix so i changed my DNS on my Ipad to some random code to get american netflix.It worked and so did my wifi until today where the whole day my wifi has been down on my 2 ipads but not on my home computer. When i try to load google crome it says my DNS lockup failed which worried me becuase i just changed it and i dont remeber my origanal DNS. Ive herd 8.8.8.8 was a good DNS But that didnt work either. I remember this happen before but i ushally just unplug the plug back in my router and it would work but this time it hasnt and the whole day ive been without internet.

(Safari, netflix, facebook, sims even minecraft that doesnt even need internet doesnt work. Preetty much nothing does except fruit ninja.)

PC freezes when Internet loads?

Hi guys, I am asking this question on my iPad right now. For some reason on my PC (my browser that I use is opera) every time I try to load up opera it freezes after about 3 seconds, all I can do is move the mouse arrow around and none of the keyboard buttons work so I can't do Alt + Ctrl + Del or do Start. All my other things on my desktop work from what I've seen so far, even Internet Explorer works, it's just opera freezes it and the only option I have is to turn off or restart my computer. PLEASE any help would be appreciated.
Added (1). I want to uninstall it and get a new browser but I have loads of important bookmarks saved on opera: L

Im thinking of getting a tablet for high school and i was thinking ipad but want to give other tablets another chance, what are some other tablets that are good but are around the same price as an ipad.

How to retrieve classic mail account?

I have an iPad, I've been able to switch from the new mail, to the classic mail, which I prefer, however now when i try to switch via the option tab, but it doesn't switch me to classic.

Ipad mini lock button won't work?

I recently restored my ipad and the lock button won't work. This happened before and I just turned off ipad cover lock/unlock button but now there is no option to turn it off. Please help!
