How do i update app without App Store?

I have an iPad through my work company, but the App Store is disabled. I need to update an app, how would I do that? Is there a way to do it through my computer?

Game takes up a lot of space on my iPad?

When I go in the app store is says the size of the game is 138mb but when I go into settings it says the game takes up 444mb. Why is this happening?
Added (1). The game is dragonvale
Added (2). When I click it in settings it say documents and data 313mb

My mom's ipad mini has been locked and she can't remember the icloud account that she used. Is there any way to know the account she used?

Her ipad mini is the 1st gen one. All she gets in the activation screen is "f****@icloud.com" and we've tried alot of icloud accounts and still a no go. Is there any way we can know the full icloud account without the asterisks?

I lost my iPad on a coach bus, how can I get it back?

I was on a coach bus in a different state all last week, and I think I left my iPad on it. I tried using Find My IPhone, but the iPad was dead so it won't work. Should I try contacting the bus company?
