Are they not raising there son right?

I have a friend kira, Kira has 3 other siblings. They are all fine, but the youngest is who I am worried about. His name is Kelton, He is 6 yrs. Old. And I don't think Kira's mom and dad are rasing him right. Why?
1: He is six yrs. Old and is still in diapers
2: He talks like a 2 yr. Old and whines for almost everything
3: he is super fat, not just a litte, his fingers are even fat.
4: he can hardly walk, he is walked around in a stroller
5: He spends most of his time on his IPad [ s] watching who-knows what.

Am I overreacting? Or are they not raising him right?

Is there any way i can connect a wire back on a charger or is it not worth it?

Wire on my ipad charger broke off and if i connect it back it works again, just need a good way to keep it connected. Figured it would save $30 and im going to learn this in semiconductor classes anyways

Razer Kraken Neon analog headset?

I need a good pair of headphones, and the razer krakens look awesome, sound pretty good (I think) and do not come with a large price tag like a warhead 7.1 or something lol. Anyways, I wanted to ask can the kraken be used for just listening to music, watching movies etc. Or does it only work (only sound good) with games? Also, does the plug thingy fit into an iPhone/ iPad? Thanks

Would getting an ipad be inconvenient in any way if otherwise I use non-apple devices?

I just recently began feeling like a tablet would be something that I would use enough to justify the (for me) large price tag. I've begun researching which tablet would best fit my needs and I've pretty much narrowed it down to either the Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 or the ipad air 2.
The thing is, I do not like doing business with/supporting Apple and so I would ideally not decide on the ipad air 2 but so far from what I've read, it seems to be superior overall in ways that are important to me, feature-wise.
Here is my question: given that I'm an Android user when it comes to cell phones and a PC user when it come to computers and I don't anticipate either changing, and that the only other Apple product I have is an ipod nano, would getting an ios tablet end up being more of a hassle than it's worth? I want to make sure that I will still be able to easily and seamlessly share/save/organize/access/sync media and whatnot on my tablet, PC and phone without a lot of hassle.
Thanks in advance for input. I've just never had an apple computer before or tried to use, together, two electronics with two different operating systems.

Is couchtuner.eu or zzstream.li safe to use?

CBS doesn't allow me to watch my shows on my iPad. I can get them on couchtuner or zzstream, but are they safe? I worry about viruses.
