Is it worth it to get an Apple iPad 2?

I found some apple iPad 2s that have been refurbished for $280.Is this a good deal, or is the iPad 2 too outdated to be worth it?

What level would you say I am in Guitar?

I have been playing Acoustic Guitar since I was eight but i quit for 3 years and started again. I am now 11 and I playa bit of bass guitar and even some Electric. I know the basic chourds I can read sheet music from string 1 to string 4 without any problem I can play Live while were young by One Direction and Wavin Flag. I have a guitar teacher who comes once a week for an hour and I would like to compete when I get a little better. I also enjoy playing tabs like What makes you beautiful and Forget you.So anyone know what level i am and when I am eligble to compete. ( sorry for my bad spelling I am writing on an Ipad)
Added (1). My Guitar teacher does say I am gifted in it and my teacher at school tells me I am amazing ( i am in a band class)

How to charge a Ipad mini?

I do not want to charge via a computer. I would prefer charging it by plugging the device into a electrical outlet.
Added (1). For example:

I do not want to charge the device like a Zune. ( A Zune charges via USB)

I would prefer charging the device through a electrical outlet ( Like a rechargable razor)

What can I expect when switching to a new iPad, from one of the original ones?

I am getting a new tablet soon, probably an iPad. I have been using one of the original iPads released for a number of years. How much of an improvement can I expect? Has anyone else made the switch, and what were the biggest beniefits or what did you notice the most?

There's this guy who works at my local Starbucks

This has been going on a good few months.

He's always said hi, how are you/how your day and I always say it back.
Then one time I went he said I was very polite. I didn't know how to respond so just said thanks.
Then a few weeks after that he said it again, I still didn't know what to say so just said thanks again

But then after that he started to stare at me when ever I went started off about 10-secs now goes up to 40secs and is quite regular. Also when he stares, he stares like I'm the only one around like tries to hold a gaze with me.
I only know because I'll be looking at my phone/ipad look up and he'll be staring right at me, then I look back down look up in about 30secs and he'll still be staring.

I don't think he's stalker/not doing a stalker stare as he seems like a really nice person.

Recently he found out that I like supernatural and he said he like it two so when ever I go and he serves me we talk about that, also the talking has got longer now that we having something in common.

We both know each other's names so I looked him up on Facebook, I don't like to stalk but just wanted to see if he was single and found out he hasn't had a GF in about 2 years, also from his post he seems like a really nice person.

I though he was just been friendly talking to me because that's part of costumer services to be friendly to customers.
But I don't get the whole staring thing why would he stare at me.

He seems a bit confident and also a bit shy and also just seems different when ever i'm around.

I lost my Ipad, how can I claim my insurance?

I'm living in London right now. Yesterday I gave my ipad to a friend and he forgot it on the tube train. I How can I claim my insurance now? What must I do? What must I tell the insurance company? I bought an insurance for my ipad when I purchased it (the firm is helpucover.co.uk)

Sorry I haven't done this before so I have no idea whatsoever what to do.
