Do people secretly hate it when you use their electricity?

Even if you asked and they said its ok. I'm behind on electricity bills at home, I don't use my lights at home I use my phone flashlight instead, using job instead of microwave for breakfast oats, and handwash my stuff instead of laundry rounds and I charge my iPad and phone at the university library or when I get to some client's house for care work. Not everytime at their house but half of the amount of times I go there.

This financial problem is temporary as my agency will take me on for many jobs again in the new year, but how do these clients really feel? Do they really feel it's ok?

IPad mini 2 won't let me update to ios 10. I'm on 9.3 but can't update any more

I had this problem for a year now and just want to update to the latest and greatest. I wanna know why my device can't update to iOS 10 because I saw that iPad Air 2 was comparable with iOS 10. I even plugged my device into my computer and tried updating from there and same issue happened. It says your device is up to date. Can someone explain?
